(Clearwisdom.net) On April 25, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners held a candlelight vigil in front of the Chinese Consulate to commemorate the eighth anniversary of the "April 25" Appeal. Ms. Simma Holt, a former Member of Parliament, attended the event. Several media reported on the event.

Practitioners held banners that read "The World Needs Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance"; "Stop Persecuting Falun Gong" and "Stop the Organ Harvesting." They commemorated the April 25 Appeal and clarified the truth to the public.
