Dallas, Texas: Falun Gong Practitioners Expose the CCP's Brutality, Commemorate the Eighth Anniversary of the April 25 Appeal (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On April 25, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners from Dallas held an activity at Dart Station to commemorate the eighth anniversary of the "April 25" Appeal and expose the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) brutality.

Clarifying the truth to people

At the rally, Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Sun recalled his own experience of attending the April 25 Appeal.

Practitioner Ms. Yang said, "Due to the lies fabricated by the CCP, many Chinese people thought that Falun Gong practitioners were asking for trouble. But, why has the government provided a legal means for people to appeal? Isn't the function of the Appeals Office to offer people the opportunity to express themselves? Falun Gong practitioners went to appeal for their rights at the State Council Appeals Office, because they trusted the government." Ms. Yang said, "Through this event, everybody can tell that the CCP lies. From the video footage, we can see that the Falun Gong practitioners didn't attack the Appeals Office at all. Their appeal was peaceful and rational, totally opposite to what the CCP said about it."

After being governed by the CCP for several decades, Chinese people are afraid of the CCP. Why weren't Falun Gong practitioners afraid of it?

Dr. Jia Kailiang, a Falun Gong practitioner, said, "The reason that Falun Gong practitioners went to appeal was because they believed that there was nothing wrong in being a good person, following the principle of 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.' Based on their own experience, they knew that Falun Gong is good, so they wanted the government to correct its mistake."

Dr. Jia also pointed out that the reason why the CCP persecutes Falun Gong is because the CCP cannot tolerate any group who believes in gods. He said that the CCP has ruined traditional Chinese culture and people's belief in divine beings.

At the rally, practitioners re-enacted the CCP's harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. Many people were shocked by the situation in China.

People at the rally accepted the truth-clarifying materials, and appreciated the practitioners' courageous spirit.
