[Heilongjiang Province] Guards Brutally Persecuted Falun Dafa Practitioner Song Wenjuan at Wanjia Forced Labor Camp

Guards at Wanjia Forced Labor Camp brutally persecuted Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Song Wenjuan, from Niujia Town, Wuchang City, Heilongjiang Province. She was once stripped and tied to an iron chair, and left to freeze. The guards placed a high voltage electric baton in her mouth, which made her mouth fill with blood. They also shocked her face so badly that it became misshapen. Song Wenjuan has now been on a hunger strike for two weeks.

At noon on July 19, 2007, police from Niujia Town Police Station in Wuchang City, led by their supervisor, illegally arrested Song Wenjuan at her house. She was then sentenced to two years in a forced labor camp. Ms. Song Wenjuan has since been subjected to continuous persecution at Wanjia Forced Labor Camp.

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Ling, from Dagang Oil Field was sentenced to three years imprisonment for maintaining her belief in Falun Dafa. She was sent to Tianjin Women's Prison for persecution on March 29. On March 30, someone from the prison called her family and asked them to send 5,000 yuan. This is how her family learned that her kidney disease had relapsed.

Someone reported her and Ms. Zhang was arrested by officers from the Ganguantun County Police Station and her home was ransacked.

[Harbin, Heilongjiang Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Zeng Shuling Persecuted to the Verge of Death

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zeng Shuling, from Songdian New Village, Dongli District, Harbin City, was persecuted to the verge of death at Heilongjiang Women's Forced Labor Camp. The forced labor camp authorities were afraid of being held responsible for her condition, and were also afraid that Zeng Shuling might die there, so they called her family to take her home on March 30, 2007.

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhou Zi, from Fangshan District, Beijing City, has been on hunger strike since February 26 to protest the illegal persecution and seek justice for the acts of policewomen Zheng Yumei, who intentionally and illegally beat people. It has already been 35 days.

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Dong Xiufang from Daxing District was persecuted to death in the tenth district of Beijing Women's Prison.

[Dehui City, Jilin City] Dafa Practitioner Sun Zhen Persecuted

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Sun Zhen in Dehui City, Jilin Province, graduated from Beijing Political Science and Law University in 1999. He was assigned to work for the Beijing Armed Police, but was unable to work due to the persecution. In July 2002, he was arrested by the police in Changping, Beijing, and sentenced to eight years in prison, then detained at the Changping Detention Center. In November 2006, Sun Zhen and another Falun Dafa practitioner from Yanji were sent back to Jilin Province, and were detained in the Fifth Team at Gongzhuling Prison.

On August 17, 2006, Ms. Bai Ying from Zhengzhou was arrested and taken to the Fourth Detention Center in Zhengzhou City. In February 2007, Zhongyuan District Court in Zhengzhou City secretly sentenced Bai Ying to four years in prison without notifying her family.

Around August and September 2006, a Falun Dafa practitioner in charge of distributing materials was arrested. Subsequently, more than 50 other local practitioners were arrested in succession.

[Wulumuqi, Xinjiang] Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Zhao Lingxiu Illegally Sent to Forced Labor Camp

At 9:30 p.m. on January 12, 2007, Wu Debao from Xingfu Road Police Station led seven or eight policemen from the National Security Team of the Tianshan District Police Branch, to break into the home of Ms. Zhao Lingxiu, a Falun Dafa practitioner in Wulumuqi. They illegally confiscated two large plastic bags of materials and arrested Zhao Lingxiu. After one month, Zhao Lingxiu was sent to Kaziwan Women's Forced Labor Camp to serve an eighteen month sentence.

Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Xing Xiuqin, who worked at Erkang Hospital in Zhuozhou City, was followed and arrested by undercover police when she was clarifying the truth on March 26, 2007. The local police station encouraged people to report and help arrest Falun Gong practitioners by offering a "reward" of 500 yuan.

Another Falun Gong practitioner, Mr. Zhang Jinsheng of Zhuozhou City, was arrested at Baoding Railway Station in late March.

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhang Yaqin in Haicheng was illegally detained in the detention center for 15 days. Haicheng 610 Office agents and Director of the Politics and Security Squad Li Haihua then transferred Zhang Yaqin to the Haicheng Detention Center for persecution.

On the afternoon of March 31, Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Xie Jinlong and Mr. Yu Chuanxin from Hengshi Town were reported when they went to neighboring Qinshi Town, Jiangling County to clarify the truth about Falun Gong. They were arrested by Qinshi Police in Jiangling County. The two were sent to Jiangling County Detention Center on the afternoon of April 1 for further persecution.

[Nanpi County, Hebei Province] Court Illegally Sentenced Yang Shuzhento to Ten Years in Prison

37 year old Ms. Yang Shuzhen lives in Shiwangdian Village, Nanpi County, Hebei Province. On January 6, 2003, Yang Shuzhen received a ten-year prison sentence verdict. She was not convinced and decided to sue to the court.

[Jiujiang County, Jiangxi Province] Tan Meili, and Others Arrested

In late March, 2007, Ms. Tan Meili and her sister-in-law were clarifying the truth in their local area. Wang Yifeng, who persecuted Falun Dafa practitioners many times, blocked them and reported them. The next morning, people from Yong'an County Police Station drove a car to her home to ransack it, and sent them to the 610 Office that evening. Afterwards, they were detained in a detention center.

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Yang Xianfeng, from Shashi District, Jingzhou City, suddenly disappeared on March 20. It has been determined that 610 Office agents arrested her and took her to the brainwashing center in Wuhan.

Yang Xianfeng was previously sentenced to four years in prison from 2002 to 2006.

At noon on March 13, 2007, Yang Daohong from the National Security Team in Zhijiang City, arrested Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Wu Cuiqin at her home.

[Jiaozuo, Henan Province] Falun Dafa Practitioners Zhang Mengyun and Chu Yumei Persecuted

Deputy police station superintendent Zhang Wei, and policemen Wang Tiexing and Zhang Benzhong from the National Security Team, frequently harassed Falun Dafa practitioners in Jiaozuo City. They secretly monitored Falun Dafa practitioners, waited to ambush them, followed them, and ransacked their homes. Several hundred Falun Gong practitioners were detained, sent to forced labor camps, and sentenced to prison.

On March 12, Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Zhang Mengyun, Ms. Chu Yumei, and Ms. Yang Yanyue, who lived near Zhongzhou Mechanical Plant were arrested. Ms. Bian Xiao'e, who works for the Fifteenth Bureau of Railroad, Mr. Han Sigang, from Ore Mountain, and Ms. Wei Congling and Ms. Li Shuting from Pingguang were sentenced to forced labor camps or prison.

[Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Liu Minxiu Arrested

On March 28, 2007, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Minxiu from Fushun City was arrested at her home and taken to the Luotai Heights Brainwashing Center in Fushun.

[Panjin, Liaoning Province] Many Falun Dafa Practitioners Arrested

On March 24, 2007, Fu Zhenguo, assistant team leader of the National Security Team along with other policemen from the police station in Dawa County, Panjin City arrested four Falun Dafa practitioners, including Mr. Liu Wanxiang (in his fifties), Ms. Liu Yulan, 50, Ms. Zhang Kun, 50, and Ms. Guo Bo (age unknown). Meanwhile, they also arrested Zhang Kun's husband and son, as well as Guo Bo's husband. Though none of them practiced Falun Gong, they were all held at the detention center for persecution.

[Wuhan, Hubei Province] Shen Xuewu Persecuted at Yangyuan Brainwashing Center

On December 15, 2006, Mr. Shen Xuewu was sent to Wuhan Yangyuan Brainwashing Center for persecution. At the brainwashing center, he went on hunger strike to protest the persecution. As a form of torture, he was force fed with vinegar. Several years ago, his leg was injured during a beating and he became disabled. In March 2007, he was handcuffed and deprived of sleep for three days. During this time he was forced to write a so called "separation statement."

[Wuhan, Hubei Province] Persecution Conditions of Falun Dafa Practitioner Lei Yinzhi

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Lei Yinzhi was arrested and taken to the Yangyuan Brainwashing Center for persecution. During this period, she maintained her steadfast belief in Falun Dafa. She has since been sent to the Tangxunhu Brainwashing Center in Hubei Province for further persecution.

[Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Peng Guangzhen Illegally Arrested

At about 10:00 a.m. on March 28, 2007, secret agents illegally arrested Ms. Peng Guangzhen and took her away in a taxi, driving on the road near the west coast. In the afternoon, a bunch of policemen brought the cuffed Peng Guangzhen to her home and ransacked it. It is unknown where she has been detained.

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Wan Jie from Pulandian was arrested in Taishan District while making truth-clarifying materials. His young nephew was arrested at the same time.

[Shenyang, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioner Yu Changshun Illegally Arrested

Policemen from Wenguan Police Station arrested Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Yu Changshun, of the Wenguan Area, Dadong District, Shenyang City, when he was clarifying the truth on March 28, 2007 in Wenguan District. In the afternoon on the 29th, they confiscated some Dafa books and truth-clarifying materials, and took him that evening to a detention center near Bakeshu for persecution.

[Yilan County, Heilongjiang Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Lv Huiwen and Others Illegally Detained

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Lv Huiwen, from Xinmin Village, Sandaogang Town, Yilan County was illegally detained at the No. 2 Detention Center in Yilan County for persecution. In February 2007, Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Gong Fengqiang, Mr. Sunren, and Mr. Ma Honggang, who had been illegally arrested, were detained in the No. 1 Detention Center of Yilan County for persecution. Their heads were all shaved bare. Officials at Yilan Police Station and the No. 1 Detention Center did not allow their families to see the three Dafa practitioners.

[Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Liu Meizhen in Dadong District Falls Ill as a Result of Persecution

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Meizhen in Dadong District, Shenyang City, was arrested by police from the Liaoshen Police Station on November 21, 2005 when she was posting Falun Dafa truth-clarifying materials. She was sentenced to three years in prison. She has now fallen ill, and was released for medical treatment on March 9, 2007.

On February 27, 2007, Xie Enfeng, director of the evil party in Zengtong Village, Wulajie Town, along with policemen from Songhua River West Bank Police Station went to Ms. Xie Huidan's home and ransacked it, confiscating one computer and one printer, and arresting Xie Huidan.

[Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Jin Ying Arrested

Policemen Hou Zhipeng and Diao Yongjun arrested Shijiazhuang Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Jin Ying at 11:00 p.m. on March 29, 2007 when he was distributing truth-clarifying disks. The police wanted 1,000 yuan for his release. But instead of being released, he was transferred to Shijiazhuang City Detention Center on Jinli Rd in Nanhuo.

On the evening of April 1, 2007, Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Xu Zengxia, Mr. Xu Xueji and Ms. Wang Fengzhi from Xuliu Village, Guancheng Town went to Yingu Village in East Gucheng Town to distribute truth-clarifying materials and were arrested. The following day the police went to their home to do an illegal search and to harass them. It is not known where they have been detained.

[Changsha, Hunan Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Huang Ehuai Arrested

At about 9:30 a.m. on March 27, 2007, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Huang Ehuai from Changsha was reported when he was posting stickers to clarify the truth about Falun Dafa in Building 18, Tianjian Community, Tianxin District. He was arrested by Jinpenling Police. Huang Ehuai has been detained in Zuojiatang Detention Center in Changsha for fifteen days.

[Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province] Persecution of Mr. Li Wenshu

After the persecution began on July 20, 1999, the police frequently harassed Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Li Wenshu in his home at Dongfeng Mine, Qitaihe City, and his books and video tapes were confiscated. On June 25, 2000, Li Wenshu went to Beijing to appeal, but the civil complaints office was closed. He had to go to Tiananmen Square to appeal, and held up a banner with the words, "Falun Dafa is Good." Police beat him to the ground and he lost consciousness. When he woke up, he found blood on his face, ears, eyes, nose and teeth.

On July 20, 2000, Li Wenshu was reading Zhuan Falun at home. Li Baofu from police station found out and forcibly took Li Wenshu to the police station. Afterwards he was sent to the No. 2 Detention Center , where the police designated criminals to severely beat Falun Dafa practitioners and also forced them to work.
