Editors’ Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely “following orders,” the universal law requires that they too be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.
The Baimalong Forced Labor Camp in Hunan Providence is a living hell. It is one of the places where the evil Chinese Communist Party (CCP) representatives in Hunan Providence persecute Dafa practitioners. Police there have lost their basic human decency. They have subjected Dafa practitioners to ruthless persecution and abuse and have wreaked havoc with and ruined human consciousness and morals.
Not long ago all camp employees were subjected to a physical exam. Of the 52 police officers who completed the physical, none was in perfect health. Some experienced discomfort, but it could not be diagnosed. Here we list some evidence of police officers receiving karmic retribution.
1. Wang Youchun was the deputy labor camp head. The camp established a Falun Gong persecution division, also called the No. 7 Division, on August 16, 2000. At the ceremony, Wang Yuchun gave a speech, where he defamed and slandered Falun Gong. Soon afterward he was diagnosed with a serious illness. However, he did not consider it a hint from the gods. He continued his wrongdoing and frequently physically abused Dafa practitioners. He also subjected practitioners to forced brainwashing. In 2001 he was diagnosed with late stage liver cancer and died 11 months later, in his forties.
2. Yi Jinge, female, age 50, was the deputy labor camp director and the political director between 1999 and 2004. Because of her heavy involvement in “reforming” Dafa practitioners, at age 42 she received a recognition of “honor,” to meet with Li Lanqing, the CCP national 610 Office leader. Since then, her physical condition changed tremendously. The internal secretions of her body began manifesting a serious imbalance. She had diseases in her heart, liver and spleen. On Chinese New Year’s eve 2003, Yi Jinge’s evil actions affected her parents-in-law. They both died from a poisonous gas leak.
3. Wang Yulan, the primary physician for the labor camp clinic, has since 2000 cooperated with the camp leaders and also the couple Zhao Guibao and Lu Yongquan in persecuting Dafa practitioners. She injected practitioners with many drugs that destroy the central nervous system. More than a hundred practitioners were disabled, mentally traumatized and suffered memory loss. Some even ended up in a coma as a result of the injections. In 2004, having completed her retirement paper work, Wang Yulan, age 55, died from intestinal cancer.
4. Song Lijun, male, and another primary physician for the labor camp's clinic, has cooperated with the camp leaders and the couple Zhao Guibao and Lu Yongquan to persecute Dafa practitioners for a long time. Lu and Song used several unidentified drugs and injected Dafa practitioners on different occasions, whenever and wherever it was deemed necessary as a torture tool.
Dafa practitioner Li Ping from Yongzhou was pushed into a special torture room, shocked and knocked down by electric batons right after he shouted, “Falun Dafa is good! Falun Dafa is the righteous law!” He was then injected with unidentified drugs. Soon after the injection his eyes became glossy, his whole body went into convulsions and he foamed at the mouth. Dafa practitioner Li Mei was forcibly injected with drugs at the clinic. Right after the injection, she bled from her mouth, nose, eyes and ears, and her body began shaking uncontrollably. This kind of incident happened daily.
Only the doctor/physician has the right to issue such a debilitating prescription. As a result, due to karmic retribution Dr. Song Lijun was initially diagnosed with early stage lung cancer and underwent surgery. His condition was later stable for a while, indicating that heaven gave him a chance to correct his evil actions. However, Song did not repent for what he had done and continued his evil-acts. In the meantime he burned incense and kowtowed to Buddhas to seek help. His tumor has now metastasized and proliferated.
5. Yuan Jia, a woman in her twenties, is a deputy division leader for the persecution of Falun Gong. From 2001 to 2005 she was involved in persecution activities and mistreated Dafa practitioners cruelly and mercilessly. Especially between 2004 and 2005, she tortured Dafa practitioners as part of the “attacking fortified targets” team. Her torture methods were so brutal that she received an award, consisting of a vacation to Hong Kong. After her return she was sent to a forced labor camp in Guangxi Province to share her experiences. Retribution arrived soon after - she fell in front of her home and broke four front teeth.
6. Tang Luyun, a woman in her twenties, was a common police officer in the Falun Gong persecution team. Between 2001 and 2003 she was responsible for keeping track of the days that Dafa practitioners had served at the camp. She intentionally miscalculated the time so that practitioners would have to stay longer, despite additional time the evildoing police had already openly added on. The time extended could be from several months to a year. Between 2004 and 2005 she and Yuan Jia were involved in the “attacking fortified targets” team to torture Dafa practitioners. She was one of two persons who received an award, a vacation to Hong Kong. The young Tang Luyun perpetrated many crimes on Dafa practitioners. In 2006 she gave birth to a son with an abnormally large head, and the hospitals have no cure.
7-8. Liu Jie, male in his twenties, was Special Police Team deputy head. Chen Ming, a woman in her twenties, was a camp police officer. Seeking short term benefits, this young couple was heavily involved in persecuting Dafa practitioners. They received karmic retribution in 2006. They were hit while riding their motorcycle and almost lost their lives.
9-11. Long Liyun, a woman in her twenties, is the team leader for the persecution of Falun Gong.
Li Fan, a woman in her twenties, worked in the Falun Gong persecution team. Sun Jin, a woman in her twenties, was previously be the leader for the “Attacking Fortified Targets” team, and Xiong Yanxiang, a woman in her thirties, used to be a team leader in the “Strictly Controlling Falun Gong” team. The four women were married, one after the other, in 2003. In the same year of 2003, Long, Li and Sun became pregnant, but all had miscarriages. Xiong became pregnant later. She thought about the karmic retributions her three colleagues experienced, so she petitioned to leave the team persecuting Falun Gong. She was eventually assigned a position exchanged with Fan Yingqiao of the First Division. Heaven and earth received her message at this crucial moment, and her wise decision brought her a different result. Several months later she gave birth to a boy.
12. He Yulian, a 29-year-old woman, is the deputy division leader for the persecution of Falun Gong. She joined the team in 2000 and treated practitioners brutally. In 2001 she was diagnosed with Hepatitis B. In the same year she gave birth to a Hepatitis B-infected child. The baby was weak from birth and constantly ill. He Yuian hated Falun Gong and had brutally tortured many practitioners, thus committing monstrous crimes. Now, she has liver cirrhosis. The karmic retribution has affected her child and her parents as well.
13. Zhen Xia, a woman in her forties, is now the division leader for the persecution of Falun Gong. Zhen used to be an athlete and was very healthy. However, since she forced approximately 300 practitioners to “reform” since 2001, she has developed Meniere's disease. Sometimes she blacks out, and she might faint and fall at any time. In the meantime, she also suffers from cervical vertebra illness, and has divorced her husband. Her family living conditions are difficult. Her 70-year-old mother makes a living by selling steamed dumplings at dorms at the forced labor camp and does house cleaning at the camp. Zhen Xia now has multiple illnesses. Her cervical vertebra illness is getting worse, and has spread to her head.
14. Wan Wei, a woman in her forties, is now the No. 2 Division leader. Under Wan Wei's influence, agents in the No. 2 Division have for a long time subjected determined Dafa practitioners to cruel physical abuse. As the result, Wan Wei received karmic retribution. She was diagnosed with cancer of the larynx. Her parents also have cancer and are hospitalized.
15. Pen Zhenpin, male, in his forties, is now the chief of the policy research office. For a long time he and agents from his office have publicized lies about Falun Gong to deceive people. His wife, Hu Jirong, handled the visitations between 2001 and 2002. Along with the increased number of detainees, there were more visitors and relatives [who came to the camp]. Hu frequently verbally abused Dafa in front of visitors. She even said, “Someone told me that abusing Falun Gong will earn one karmic retribution. I abuse Falun Gong every day, and my family of three are still living happily!” She eventually discovered that her husband Pen Zhenpin not only took drugs but also had sex with other women, and was infected with venereal disease. Hu Jirong then came down with several illnesses. Hu looked for Pan in 2002 and argued with him at work in front of a crowd. She also demanded a divorce.
16. Yi Haoqi, a woman in her forties, is now a team leader in the No. 3 Division. When she was in the team for persecuting Falun Gong between 2000 and 2001, she had made great efforts in the brainwashing class. She later developed a gallbladder tumor, and was hospitalized for an operation to remove the tumor. She should have learned a lesson but was instead transferred to the No. 3 Division and continued persecuting Dafa practitioners. She now has tumors in her intestines, stomach and liver.
17. Yuan Lihua, a woman in her forties, was previously the division leader for persecuting Falun Gong. She was involved in forcibly reforming about 300 Dafa practitioners between 2001 and 2004. Several practitioners who firmly believed in Dafa died as a result of persecution. In 2002, Yuan manifested a serious illness and had surgery. Additionally, her husband left her in 2003. These were hints from heaven, but she did not awaken to it and continued torturing Dafa practitioners in 2004. Yuan left the camp and transferred to the Changsha Women's Prison. Now, she has trouble both at work and home. Her organs are full of diseases.
18. Gong Chaolian, a woman in her forties, is now chief of the education section and assistant director for the labor camp. From 2000 to the present, having cooperated with evil chiefs Huang Yongliang, Wang Youchun, and Zhao Guibao, she wrote many long Falun Gong-slandering articles. In 2004 she was frequently personally involved in the persecution by conducting site visits to the Falun Gong Persecution Team. She had mastitis, a uterine tumor, Hepatitis B and heart problems in her thirties. Her face suddenly developed freckles and spots in 2001 and she has seen many doctors for years since.
The incidents mentioned above are only some of the cases of karmic retribution among those who persecute Falun Gong.
