(Clearwisdom.net) The former Laizhou City TV Station program anchor in Shandong Province, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Li Guang, was steadfast in his belief in Falun Dafa. On December 3, 2004, he was tortured to death by guards Xu Haiming and Wang Xiyun (both male) in the Weibei Prison.

The perpetrators include inmate Zhang Zhaoyong (male, from a city north of Weifang City), Fan Jun (male, from Changle City), Zhang Liang (male, from Qingzhou City), and Zhao Bingzhi (male, from Weifang City). They brutally beat Mr. Li Guang by whipping him a hundred times with sticks. In winter, he was stripped of all his clothes, and they poured numerous kettles of boiling water from the utility room and numerous buckets of icy water from the freezing pond over his head. All the inmates wore galoshes. The floor was filled with water about 6 inches deep. They tied Mr. Li Guang's penis with a wire to prevent him from urinating. Mr. Li Guang died after five days of torture.
