Practitioner Ms. Shao Xixiang from Zhoujia Village, Zeku Town, Wendeng, Weihai City was sent to Wangcun Forced Labor Camp in Zibo City, Shandong Province in 2005. She has been tortured there and her health has deteriorated.

2. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Supplemental Information Regarding the Arrest of Several Practitioners

Officers from the Weifang City Police Department arrested about a dozen practitioners from the Weifang downtown area on the night of April 18, 2007 and took them to the city's detention center. The arrested practitioners include Ms. Wang Leying, whose home was ransacked. The officers also ransacked the home of practitioner Ms. Han Yuhua's son, a non-practitioner, at 7:00 p.m. on April 18, 2007. Ms. Han has returned home.

Officer Zhang Huawei from Tianpeng Police Station in Pengzhou City led a group of policemen and National Security agents to break into Jingju Temple on the morning of April 17, 2007. They arrested seven practitioners, who were clarifying the truth, and took them to the local detention center. Two of the seven practitioners escaped but did not return to their homes in order to avoid further persecution.

The police arrested practitioner Ms. Liu Dan and ransacked her home. Then they went to her workplace, a Korean company, and confiscated a computer. They also went to her father's home and forced him to hand over Dafa materials. They searched twice but found nothing. Ms. Liu's family went to the police station to request her release, but the officers refused the request and made threats against the family.

Officers from the Fenglin Village Committee of Weihaijing District ordered everyone who practices various qigong and beliefs to attend a meeting in March 2007. The committee chair tried to make Falun Gong practitioners give up the practice and stop clarifying the facts about Falun Gong. The Women's Committee director Yu Haicui went to a practitioner's home and confiscated a Falun Gong book.

Wan'an County Police Department No.1 Section officer Zhang Hehua led five policemen to arrest practitioner Ms. Duan Zhuxiang at her home in late January 2007. She has been transferred to the Suichuan County Detention Center in Jiangxi Province.

Practitioner Mr. Li Gongcan from Wan'an City was arrested in 2005 and sentenced to forced labor. He is still being held.

A Falun Gong truth-clarification materials production site in Taihe County, Jiangxi Province was destroyed.

Practitioner Ms. Xu Liumei was arrested on January 23, 2007. Her family went to the police station to request her release but the request was denied. All family visits were forbidden. It is confirmed that Ms. Xu was sentenced to two years of imprisonment. She was transferred from the Beihai City Detention Center to Nanning City on February 16, 2007, but the police did not inform her family.

Ms. Xu's husband, a Taiwanese, recently suffered severe illness and was dying. Her daughter took the hospital's diagnosis certificate and requested Ms. Xu's release from the forced labor camp many times, but the guards refused to grant the request. Ms. Xu's husband passed away on April 21, 2007. Her daughter called the forced labor camp and requested Ms. Xu's release to take care of the funeral, but Ms. Xu still has not been released.

On April 17, 2007, a dozen officers from the Xiangyin County National Security Division and the county 610 Office arrested practitioner Ms. Yang Yingqing, who was sewing at home. The same day, they also arrested practitioner Ms. Yin Guihua while she was doing farm work. The two practitioners are presently being held at the Niujiaowan Detention Center, and all family visits have been forbidden.

Officers from the Huangdao Police Station have sent several dozen practitioners to forced labor camps and prisons. About a dozen officers drove to practitioner Ms. Nie Yuxin's home in Yantan Village and arrested her at 4:00 p.m. on March 26, 2007. The arrest frightened Ms. Nie's 80-year-old mother-in-law, who fainted. Ms. Nie's husband tried to reason with the policemen, but the officers pushed him into a police vehicle and took him with Ms. Nie to the police station. A few hundred people witnessed this scene.

Officers from the Antu County Police Department, the Yongqing Township Police Station and the Erdao Town Police Department staged a large raid of practitioners in Yongqing Township, Tongyang Village and Erdao Town. They arrested practitioners and ransacked their homes. Reportedly, four practitioners from Erdao Town and one from Yongqing Township were arrested.

Practitioners Ms. Lin Cuifen, Ms. Sun Shuzhi and Ms. Sun Yubin from Daliujia Town, Xixia County were arrested on their way home on the night of April 22, 2007. Local police held them at the local highway toll station and transferred them to Xixia County the next day.

Officers from the Neijiang City 610 Office and police department went to Nanxing Town in Guanghan City on April 12, 2007. They arrested practitioner Mr. Lin Jun, his wife Ms. Han Ying, and their son Han Du, age three-and-a-half. The son was sent home several days later, but the couple is still being held at an unknown location.

Practitioner Ms. Sun Lianying was arrested on April 3, 2007. Her family went to the Leling City Police Department 610 Office to request her release. Policemen Sun Junli and Zhang Wenjie refused the request and ordered the family to tell them who had exposed their evildoings on the Internet. The officers threatened to arrest the family.

Liaohe Oil Field Court agents secretly commenced a trial for practitioners Ms. Cao Chunyan and Ms. Sun Fengjie at 9:00 a.m. on April 23, 2007. They held the session ahead of the announced time but did not inform the practitioners' families.

Practitioner Mr. Yuan Xijie and his wife Ms. Wang Jiang from Lishu County were arrested at 10:00 p.m. on April 23, 2007 while they were distributing truth-clarification materials. They were taken to the county detention center. Later, Wang Fei from the county 610 Office and a dozen policemen ransacked the couple's home and confiscated a computer, a printer, some supplies and personal belongings.

Practitioner Ms. Tan Hao from Zhuzhou City disappeared several days ago. We suspect she was arrested and taken to the Shifeng Police Station.

Practitioner Ms. Gong Shuying from Changchun City was arrested on March 30, 2007 and sentenced to forced labor on April 23. She is presently held at the Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp. Officers from the Mengjiatun Police Station participated in the arrest.

Practitioner Ms. Wu Yueju from Pulandian County, Dalian City was arrested at home on April 10, 2007. She is currently being held at the county forced labor camp and is facing her third forced labor sentence. Prior to this arrest, Ms. Wu had been sentenced to forced labor twice and held for a total of six years.

On May 9, 2006, at 9:30 p.m., practitioner Mr. Zhang Hongbing was posting fliers that read, "Organ Harvesting from Living Falun Gong Practitioners Inside the Sujiatun National Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Thrombus Treatment Center," at the No. 132 Bus Stop near the No. 58 Building in Dongzhan Street, Shenyang City. A woman saw him and reported him to police. Officers from the Dongzhan Police Station arrested him and confiscated 58 copies of the flyers, a "Falun Dafa is Good" stamp, and an MP3 player. Mr. Zhang was taken to the Dadong Detention Center on May 10, 2006. Officers from the Dadong Police Station reported Mr. Zhang's case to the local Forced Labor Administration Bureau. Officials there sentenced Mr. Zhang to one year of forced labor, to be served at the Shenxin Forced Labor Camp. Mr. Zhang's family was not informed about the whole process.

Mr. Zhang was supposed to be released on April 4, 2007. Chief Wang Yixia of the Maodong Community Office in Dongzhan Street and Luo (surname, male) from the Dongshan Police Station transferred Ms. Zhang to the Zhangshi Forced Labor Camp Brainwashing Center for further persecution. All family visits have been forbidden because of Mr. Zhang's determination to practice Falun Gong.

Practitioner Mr. Wu Guoqi from Sha River, Changping District was arrested and is being held at the Liu Village Brainwashing Center.

Practitioner Mr. Liu Haibin from Jiaojiewa Village, Biguo Town, Zhaoyuan City started practicing Falun Gong at the end of 1996. He went to Beijing to appeal for justice for Falun Gong on July 20, 1999. Police arrested him and fined him a large amount of money. His family sent him to a relative's home in Urumqi City in 2002 because the police often harassed him. Mr. Liu was followed when he was posting truth-clarication materials in 2003. Fortunately, his relative heard that he was being tracked and notified him. Thus he avoided arrest.

Mr. Liu left to work in another city in the spring of 2005 . He clarified the truth on his way to the city and was arrested. He has since been held at the Xishan Detention Center in Urumqi City. All visits from his family members have been forbidden during the last two years.

Mr. Ren Baojun, in his 40s, used to be the Qinjia Town Economic Inspection Station chief in Suihua City. Mr. Ren went to appeal in Beijing after Falun Gong was suppressed on July 20, 1999, but he was arrested and held at the Guanshanzi Forced Labor Camp for three years.

In 2006, Mr. Ren was reported. Suihua City 610 Office chief Wang Shubo led a group of police officers and took him to the town police station on October 9, 2006. Mr. Ren clarified the truth to 610 Office personnel, but they would not listen to him. Instead, they beat him and transferred him to the local detention center. Because he refused to cooperate with the unreasonable demands of the police, he was tortured to the point of losing consciousness for two days. Four prisoners carried him back to the cell. Mr. Ren was transferred to another detention center on October 14, 2006. It was recently learned that Mr. Ren has been sentenced to one year of forced labor.

Officers from the Xidajie (Western Street) Police Station in Yantai City arrested practitioner Ms. Sun Yuhua at about noon on April 17, 2007. They immediately transferred her to the Xingfu Brainwashing Center.

A group of policemen from the Harbin City Xinjiang Police Station surrounded the home of practitioner Ms. Zhao Ying in the Pingfang District at 4:00 p.m. on April 23, 2007. Ms. Zhao refused to open the door, so the officers cut the door open with acetylene torches. They took Ms. Zhao Ying away.

Ms. Lu Huiwen was sentenced to forced labor on April 12, 2007. She is presently being held at the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp.

Practitioner Mr. Zhu Feng, 28, from Yun County, Shiyan City, is being held at the Wuhan City Qinduankou Prison for practicing Falun Gong. His detention term expired on April 23, 2007, but the Xinsheng Village Party secretary and head, and a clerk from Liubei Town, Yun County, Shiyan City colluded with guards from the prison. They secretly removed Mr. Zhu Feng from the prison and sent him to a brainwashing center in Wuhan City at 10:00 a.m. on April 23, 2007.

Chief Wang Qingyuan and political head Bai Zaiping from the the National Security Team led a group of police officers to arrest practitioners Ms. Chen Suyun, Ms. Quan Lin and Ms. Jiang Xiuyun, employees of Suining City Hospital, between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. on April 19, 2007.

Ms. Jiang Xiuyun was working on the second floor of the Administration Building. A dozen policemen broke into her office and arrested her at 9:00 a.m. They also ransacked her home and confiscated many Dafa materials.

Ms. Chen Yiuyun and Ms. Quan Lin are retired doctors.

When he was held at Qinduankou Prison, practitioner Mr. Fu Lulin was forced to work overtime and was deprived of sleep. He refused to recite the prison regulations and was thus confined in a one-square-meter compartment. Mr. Fu's family visits were forbidden.

Guards transferred Mr. Fu Lulin and other practitioners to the No.1 Section, No. 4 Ward of Fanjiatai Prison in Beishayang, Hubei Province on February 7, 2007. Mr. Fu's parents went to visit him on February 12, 2007, but the prison guards forbade his mother, a practitioner, to see him; they only permitted his father's visit. A month later, they denied their visit with the excuse that Mr. Fu's parents did not have a certificate issued by the 610 Office. Mr. Fu's parents and his daughter went to visit him with a certificate issued by the local community committee on April 12, 2007, two months after his arrest. His mother was denied entry for the third time. During the visit, Mr. Fu's father brought him some daily necessities that are included on the permitted items list in the prison regulations, but the guards refused to give the items to Mr. Fu.

Agents from the Changzhou City 610 Office, the local district 610 Office, and street residential committees organized a so-called "investigation group" to interrogate local practitioners.

Practitioners Ms. Zhang, Ms. Li and Ms. Song live at the Changchun City Diesel Engines Factory dorm. They disappeared on April 22, 2007. Prior to that, resident registration officers had harassed them.

Practitioners Ms. Ma Qingli and Ms. Chen Qinglian from Shangjie District in Zhangzhou City went to Gaoshan District to distribute truth-clarification materials at noon on March 28, 2007. Officers from the Gaoshan Police Precinct arrested them and took them to the Sanlizhuang Detention Center. No family visits have been approved even though they have been held for more than 20 days.

Practitioner Mr. Wang Huosun from Duchang County was arrested on April 13, 2007. Prior to his arrest, Zhouxi Town Police Department chief Zhan Yuanpeng of Duchang County led policemen to harass Mr. Wang several times. They ransacked his home and confiscated his cell phone and computer. They ordered the family to pay 1,000 yuan. Because the family did not have that amount of money, Zhan Yuanpeng took Mr. Wang to the county detention center.

Officers from the National Security Team of the Wanquan County Police Department arrested practitioners Ms. Zhang Fenghua and Ms. Cao Ruizhi at 9:00 p.m. on April 23, 2007 when they were studying the Fa. They also ransacked practitioner Ms. Zhao Wanying's home.

Eight other practitioners from Jiubao Township, Wanquan County were also arrested at the same time. The homes of practitioner Zhao Wanying and Yue are closely monitored.
