University, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, has not come back since she left

rewarded by the higher authorities in 2002 for mistreating practitioners. The
former Political and Security Division was expanded to the National Security
Branch. Deputy head Qiu Yanxiang (male), who was specifically responsible for
the persecution, was promoted to deputy Party secretary of the Political and
Judiciary Committee. The head of the Political and Security Division, Wang
Heping (male), was promoted to deputy director of the police department of the
Chengfen District Branch, and police department of Shihezi City. Xu Yingdong
