The Service Center for Quitting the CCP hotline receives numerous calls from people in China every day that wish to quit the CCP. According to staff member Ms. Yuan, the callers include police officers involved in the persecution of Falun Gong who no longer want to participate and criminals who want to reform themselves and live new lives. The callers not only help themselves and their families quit the evil Communist Party, they also promise to spread the word and let people know the importance of quitting the CCP.

An Anhui Province police officer called the Quitting the CCP Service hotline in mid-March. He said the deputy chief of the local police station was heavily involved in persecuting Falun Gong. He received the "Most Diligent Worker Award," but one day he suddenly was in great pain. He became mentally unstable and couldn't control himself. On December 28, 2006, of the lunar calendar he committed suicide by jumping off a building. This incident stunned the local police. Everybody agreed that he died of retribution for persecuting Falun Gong practitioners.

The caller admitted that he himself had also helped persecute Falun Gong practitioners. He said he had decided to become a good person and quit the CCP after reading the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. He told the service hotline operator, "Thank you for giving me this opportunity. Thanks for saving the four people in my family. We would like to quit the CCP using our real names. I also want to make up for my bad deeds." The operator told him that he could share the Nine Commentaries and the truth with his friends and familyand ask them to quit the CCP.

On March 24 a middle-aged man called from Beijing. His voice was shaking. "I'm suffering from a serious illness, but I don't want to be bothered by the evil specter any more. I want to quit the CCP." The operator told him that the CCP would collapse soon. "Quit the CCP and the bad things in your body will be eliminated, and then God will bless you." The caller asked her, "Is there anything else I can do?" The operator told him, "Tell your friends and family, so they'll have a good future after quitting the CCP." The caller said he would definitely spread the word. He also used his real name in his resignation statement.

A resident in Shandong Province called the service hotline on March 28. He congratulated the 20 million people who had already quit the CCP and its related organizations. The caller said he had received a flyer with information on how to quit the CCP. He called the hotline number on the flyer, inquired about the wave of withdrawals from the CCP, and decided to quit the CCP using his real name. He said he hadn't read the Nine Commentaries yet and asked the operator to send him a copy. The man called the hotline again after he received the Nine Commentaries. He said he detests the Party.

He also said that he'd personally experienced many of the incidents described in the Nine Commentaries. He said that Falun Gong practitioners have been very badly persecuted in Shandong Province. He asked Ms Yuan whether he could give the Nine Commentaries to people around him to read. Ms. Yuan told him that would be great and that it's a good thing to let more people read the Nine Commentaries. The caller then asked whether he could shout slogans. Ms Yuan heard him shout twice, "Heaven will soon eliminate the CCP" and "Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance is good."

The next day he called and said something miraculous had happened. The pain that had bothered him for so many years had disappeared. His whole family was very excited and thanked Master Li. He said he wanted a copy of the instructional exercise video because he wanted to learn Falun Gong.

The next day, he called again. He said, "There was lightning and thunder. It was hailing ice balls seven or eight inches in diameter. It's been a rare spring, this is very unusual. It looks like heaven will truly eliminate the CCP. In our city we've seen posters that say, 'Heaven will eliminate the CCP,' 'Have a safe future by quitting the CCP,' and 'Falun Dafa is good' posted everywhere. The CCP will soon collapse, by the end of this year." Finally he said he hoped The Epoch Times and the Minghui/Clearwisdom website would publicize the situation in his region so that people would know the truth.

A young man in the Northeast region said he was a murderer. He didn't come from a good family and had been taught to do bad deeds. He met Falun Gong practitioners in a prison in Shandong, and the practitioners taught him Falun Gong. After he was released from prison he found a job as a laborer. He had a very good impression of Falun Gong. He had previously practiced other types of qigong, but after his experiences in prison he wanted to obtain a copy of Zhuan Falun.

One day he was helping someone move. Somebody threw out a bag of books, and one of them was Zhuan Falun. He picked it up and read the entire book. His values changed after that. Before it happened, he only had Communist Party words and concepts in his head.

The young man later found several other good books. He asked an elderly man who was selling books on the street whether he had any Falun Gong books. The elderly man brought out China Falun Gong and Essentials for Further Advancement. The bookseller said, "I will give you these books for free."

So how did the young man obtain the Nine Commentaries? One day he went to a friend's house. There was a copy of the Nine Commentaries on the table. He'd heard of the book before but had never read it. He asked his friend to give him the book in exchange for the 60 yuan his friend owed him. He said his understanding of the evil Communist Party had changed after reading the Nine Commentaries. "The CCP is truly a red demon."

He declared his withdrawal from the Communist Young Pioneers. He also asked his friends and neighbors to quit the CCP. He promised to help post truth clarification materials while posting house-moving advertisements for his job.

He said he was a murderer but had now obtained the Fa and read the Nine Commentaries. He especially wanted to listen to what practitioners say and their sharing of Falun Gong. He felt much more confident and more energetic at work. He now requires himself to follow the principles of Dafa.

Mrs Liu came from China two or three months ago. Her neighbor is a Falun Gong practitioner. Mrs. Liu's daughter is a member of the Communist Youth League. The daughter said she wouldn't be able to find a job if she quit the League. The next day the practitioner asked Mrs. Liu to tell her daughter that quitting the CCP and its related organizations is the same as eliminating evil things, so everything would be better. Mrs. Liu told her daughter, so she quit the Youth League and found a new job the very next day. She said it was truly miraculous.

A young man in Hebei Province used an alias in his statement to quit the CCP and the Communist Youth League. Another day he called the hotline and helped some more folks quit. The young man has had a much better life since he quit the CCP. Hotline operator Ms. Yuan told him that telling more people to quit the CCP is saving them. He said he'd do that. Several days later he sent a list of names of those who wanted to quit the CCP. His actions surprised local residents.
