Kansas: Falun Gong Practitioners Perform at the 100th Anniversary Celebration of Lenexa (Photos)


(Clearwisdom.net) From May 5 to 12, 2007, City of Lenexa, Kansas held a series of activities to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the town.

Lenexa has forty thousand people. The celebration was supported by the government. Falun Gong practitioners also did a lot of work voluntarily.

At the opening on May 5, Falun Gong practitioners were invited to demonstrate the exercises, which were welcomed by the audience.

On May 12, aside from the exercise demonstration, young practitioners performed the traditional Chinese ribbon dance called "Falun Dafa Day," which many in the audience thoroughly enjoyed.
