Be it Proclaimed:

Whereas, Falun Dafa practitioners are joyously celebrating The 8^th Annual World Falun Dafa Day on May 13, 2007, with festivals and events to be held across United States and worldwide; and

Whereas, Falun Dafa is an advanced exercise and meditation practice of mind, body, and spirit based on the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance; and

Whereas, more men and women of United States are learning the practice and purifying their hearts, energizing their bodies, and striving to create virtuous communities; and

Whereas, Falun Dafa's contribution to society has been widely recognized and honored around the world since Mr. Li Hongzhi introduced it to the public in 1992; and

Whereas, Falun Dafa practitioners' determination and courage to stand up for Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance has shown the world the value of life and the preciousness of human dignity; and

Now, Therefore, I Mark Mallory, Mayor of the City of Cincinnati do hereby proclaim

May 13, 2007

As

"Falun Dafa Honoring Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance Day"

in Cincinnati.
