(Clearwisdom.net) The annual International Book Expo of Argentina closed on May 8, 2007. Participants came from all over the world. The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party from The Epoch Times was well represented at the exhibition. The book is distributed by Gritos Sagrado, a renowned publishing house in Argentina. Participants from different countries showed their interest in the Nine Commentaries and requested order forms and related materials. A Venezuelan distributor immediately bought ten copies to take home for each bookstore's reference.

The exhibition, which lasted for three weeks, was marking its 33rd anniversary. Up to 12 million visitors attended the exhibit, 70 thousand on the final day alone. It was a reflection of how seriously Argentinians regard culture.

Ms. Rosa Pelz, the president of Gritos Sagrado, commented, "The Nine Commentaries is so valuable. Especially for some people from South American countries, they have a fantasy about the Communist Party; this book will be an instant rude awakening."

The Gritos Sagrado Publishing House also hosted a symposium on the book. Many of the audience members indicated that they had had no idea about the crimes that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has committed. The Nine Commentaries helped them understand the ugly true face of the CCP.

For Argentina's Salta Province in the north, Dra. Dora Gaida bought three copies right away. She said that one copy was for the Governor, one for the judges in the local Supreme court, and one for herself. She thought that everyone should read it, because the book not only described the Party's ignoble history but also what is happening right now.

She stressed that reading about the persecution of Falun Gong in the fifth section of the Nine Commentaries shocked her. She didn't know that the CCP could ever do something so insane as harvesting organs from living people. She also expressed her admiration of the Falun Gong practitioners in China and said that she would try her best to help Falun Gong.
