New York State: Falun Gong Catches People's Attention at the Albany Tulip Festival (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) The annual Tulip Festival in Albany, the capital of New York, took place on May 12 and 13. This is an event that local Falun Dafa practitioners attend every year.

The festival was held in Washington Park. Practitioners demonstrated the five sets of exercises and attracted many visitors to learn the exercises on the site.

Along with introducing the beauty of Falun Dafa, practitioners also "clarified truth" about the brutal persecution in China and the Chinese Communist Party's crime of live organ harvesting. People were shocked to hear the truth and signed their names on the petition to support Falun Gong's efforts to end the persecution.

A Westerner came to the booth with his friends and said that he had learned the truth last year at the festival. After going home, he had collected more information on the Internet and then told his friends how Falun Gong was persecuted in China.

A few Chinese people from China came to the booth with puzzled expressions. Some asked, "I don't know how you get these free materials to distribute." The practitioners patiently answered their questions and told them that all practitioners in the world are using their own money, either from their salaries or their savings, to print the materials. The purpose is to let more people learn the truth and end the persecution sooner.
