Measure Everything We Do with the Fa and Have Righteous Thoughts and Actions

(Clearwisdom.net) On April 15, 1999, I obtained the invaluable book Zhuan Falun and realized it really was the mighty Dafa I'd waited for over many lifetimes! I was happy everyday. I watched the Fa lecture videos, studied the Fa, hand-copied, and spread the Fa. Every morning at 4 a.m. Master used all kinds of ways to wake me up to go do the exercises at the exercise site. When I meditated, Master watched me from the side majestically. I really felt there was a sacred power that was taking me forward.

Since then, I have firmly believed in Master and Dafa. I remembered and followed Master's teaching, "...to mind your character, and to exercise self-control." (Falun Gong, 5th Translation Edition, July 2006) I try to do everything in a heartfelt way and not fight with others for practical gain. I take all worldly matters lightly. I have felt what it is like to be illness-free. Mostly importantly, my xinxing has improved, as has my moral standard. I have been truly immersed within Master's shining Buddha light.

On July 20, 1999, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began suppressing Falun Gong. They continually fabricated lies slandering Master and Dafa. I felt very sad. I went to tell my relatives, friends and others that the television was broadcasting lies. I told them it was the CCP making things up, not to believe the lies, and that our Master was spreading the most righteous Fa in the universe and that they needed to believe, "Falun Dafa is good."

Several fellow practitioners and I were validating Dafa together. We wrote letters and truth-clarification materials, made packages and delivered them to people, distributed truth-clarification materials, posted flyers and scrolls, and also clarified the truth face to face to ordinary people. We wanted more people to know the truth. There were seven or eight of us, and we had confidence and did well. We weren't afraid of difficulties or suffering. We persistently tried to save sentient beings, and we frightened the evil.

On the night of January 15, a Chinese traditional holiday where people put puzzles under colorful lights, I brought truth-clarification booklets and scrolls with me to clarify the truth. There were many people, and I passed out the booklets to the people who seemed predestined. We went to different places to put up scrolls. I sent forth righteous thoughts as I walked and asked Master to strengthen me in disintegrating all of the evil and rotten demons. When I passed people who were watching the lights, I heard a huge noise like fireworks. As I looked up, suddenly there appeared a flowing lotus flower in the sky. I followed the lotus flower and it brought me to a number of big trees. I suddenly enlightened that it was a divine hint for me, so I put up a scroll that was one and a half meters long and read, "Falun Dafa is good." After I had finished, I noticed that I was right in front of the police station entrance. These kinds of things happened many times because of Dafa's power and Master's protection.

When Master published "Turning the Wheel Towards the Human World," I immediately quit the Young Pioneers CCP organization. I enlightened that I must get rid of all the evil party's books, badges, etc. These things can be sold to get a lot of money, but I could not sell them. I burned all the books and over 100 badges. Then my husband found out. At the time I was in my daughter's home. My husband called me and shouted at me over the phone, "What did you do with my stuff?" I said, "I burned them." He was banging on the phone, "I will beat you to death when you come back." Facing all these things I enlightened that it wasn't really my husband, but that there was an evil spirit behind him instigating him, and that I must righteously conquer the evil. As I was walking home I kept sending forth righteous thoughts and I also asked Master to reinforce me. My husband wasn't home, so I went to the place where he was playing mah-jong. Evil cannot suppress righteousness. I asked him right when I stepped into the room, "Are you looking for me for something?" He looked at me, put his thumb up, and smiled understandingly, "Nothing, you can go back to whatever you were doing." On that same day, my husband quit the party. This is the miracle of Dafa and Master's compassion.

I enlightened that we had reached a new stage in Fa-rectification, and that in order for everyone in the world to know the truth, quit the CCP, and totally expose the Party's murderous history from its root, we must widely spread the Nine Commentaries. I remember that on July 29, 2006, four of us went to distribute the Nine Commentaries. As I walked out of my home, I immediately felt dizzy and sick. I thought, "I've been cultivating for ten years, and dizziness should not exist any longer. Thus, I asked Master to reinforce me and constantly sent out righteous thoughts, "What we are doing is the most righteous and sacred thing in the universe. No evil is allowed to interfere." In less than ten minutes, my body felt light and well again. That time we cooperated very well and had very strong righteous thoughts. We easily finished putting about 200 copies of the Nine Commentaries in front of every door. Another group of sentient beings were saved.

When clarifying the truth face to face, at first I thought that I wasn't very educated, so I couldn't do it well. Through studying the Fa, I realized that this was a human notion. I found my shortcomings and cultivated away the human attachments. We should study the Fa more and study it well. When we study the Fa, the volume of our hearts can be increased, and every thought can be rectified. Only when we measure things we do by the Fa, when we have righteous thoughts and actions, and when we are responsible to the Fa and the sentient beings, can the things we do be supernormal and sacred.
