My Family's True Story

(Clearwisdom.net) My name is Xiaojie. In December 2006 I was living in Fushun City, Liaoning Province, and having stomach pain. Later, I discovered that I was severely jaundiced, and I was itchy all over. I was worried that people would be startled when they saw me, so I kept my head lowered as I walked down the street.

I went to reputable hospitals in Fushun City, including the Fushun Mining Bureau General Hospital and the Shenyang Gallbladder Hospital, for a checkup. They said that I had gallstones and biliary colic. I tried various remedies, but nothing worked. My husband said, "The only option is surgery, but it will cost 20,000 to 30,000 yuan, and the stone might grow back again." I could only cry, for my husband was a humble tricycle pedaler.

Early one morning, a woman named Ms. Li rushed over to me and told me several miraculous stories about Falun Dafa. She said, "I had a dream last night. In the dream, I was told to tell you to become a Falun Dafa practitioner." I thus became a practitioner, and my gallbladder pain disappeared within a month. I could enjoy food again, my body weight healthily increased, and all of my symptoms disappeared. I became very healthy. Teacher gave me a second life.

My father has a story as well. He suffered from a stroke, coronary heart disease, and dizziness. In late 1998, doctors found three tumors in his esophagus, and it was likely to be esophageal cancer. He was given the book Zhuan Falun, but he was not interested in reading it, nor did he believe in it. He finally thought of the book when he could no longer eat or drink. Once he started reading the book, he felt a cool waft of air in his throat, and the more he read the better he felt. Two times he envisioned his clean brain, and he realized that Teacher was cleansing his body. It was so miraculous. My father's illnesses, which were present for 30 some years and had cost a lot of money for treatments, were all healed. My parents both became practitioners after that.

I placed too much faith in modern medicine and had ignored my parents' marvelous experiences. Master Li saved me from a lot of suffering. I am very lucky, and I deeply thank Teacher.

Now my husband reads Dafa books. I hope the people who are lost in the maze of life will come to learn Dafa. This is my family's true story.
