German Practitioners Send Open Letter to the Chinese Consulate in Munich On the Anniversary of the April 25th Peaceful Appeal

(Clearwisdom.net) On "April 25," 1999, Falun Gong practitioners in China made a peaceful appeal for the release of their fellow practitioners who had been detained in Tianjin, asking for a better environment where Falun Gong practitioners could practice exercises, and also for legal publication of Falun Dafa books. On the very same day, eight years later, Falun Gong practitioners in Munich, Germany expressed the same peace, reason, and kindness in their letter to the Chinese Consulate, calling on its staff to realize the current situation so that they would not further aid the tyranny. In this way, they could have a chance to choose a bright future. The letter read as follows.

On April 25, 1999, Chinese Falun Gong practitioners launched a peaceful appeal, which seemed like it happened yesterday. On the very same day, eight years later, the appeal in our letter to you remains the same: Promptly stop the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners, have a clear understanding of the current situation, don't further aid the tyrant in his tyranny, and choose a bright future for yourself.

The following marks the differences between today and eight years ago:

--Among the plentiful Falun Gong practitioners who made a peaceful appeal for Falun Gong, many of them are still being illegally imprisoned, or have died as a result of the persecution, or were forced to be jobless and homeless with their whereabouts unknown. According to incomplete statistics, since July 20, 1999, more than 3,024 practitioners have been verified as having died as a result of the persecution in over 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities.

Let me ask you, what kind of evil force would inflict such a national disaster and an endless persecution upon a group of people who believe in "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance," and focus on cultivation?

--More Westerners, western groups and governments have listened to us tell them the facts about the persecution of Falun Gong. No longer blinded by the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) deceitful lies, they even proactively help us to inform more and more people of the facts and to bring an end to the CCP's brutal violence. Through various channels, more Chinese people better understand who Falun Gong practitioners are and why we want to freely walk outdoors to expose the persecution of Falun Gong.

--The publication of the "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party" started the overwhelming tide of defection from the CCP. Over 21 million Chinese people have defected from the CCP organizations. The final days of the CCP are being counted. Heaven will eliminate the CCP in the very near future.

--At such a critical moment in human history, of your counterparts, some chose a bright future for themselves. For instance, Chen Yonglin in Australia and Zhang Jiyan in Canada announced that they quit the CCP, and revealed the CCP's criminal behaviors. Of your counterparts, some chose darkness, though. Pan Xinchun, the Deputy Consul General in Toronto, was convicted of libel for attacking a Canadian Falun Gong practitioner in a Canadian newspaper article. The Ontario Superior Court of Justice ordered him to pay 1,000 CAD. As it turned out, Pan was the first Chinese ambassador who was convicted for being Jiang Zemin's accomplice in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. As an ambassador who had been announced guilty in the Western society based on complete and public court procedures, Pan Xinchun was downright disreputable, and has a dark future awaiting him. Likewise, Huang Huikang, the Minister Counselor and Consul General in Canada, is awaiting trial.

Consequently, we hope that you can give serious consideration to your future. As China's representatives in foreign countries, at this critical moment in human history, would you choose a bright future by quitting the CCP before Heaven eliminates it? Or would you ruin your future and wait for your doom by aiding the tyrant in his further tyranny?

We sincerely hope that you can choose a bright and beautiful future for yourselves.
