1. [Yilan County, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Mr. Chen Tiefeng on Hunger Strike
On the morning of April 20, 2007, several police officers led by Zhang Wenguo (male) at the State Security Division of the Yilan County State Department arrested practitioners Mr. Yan Jiguo and Mr. Sun Lei outside the Yilan County Court. Mr. Chen Tiefeng, a motorized tricycle driver who took Mr. Yan and Mr. Sun there, was also taken into custody. The three of them are being tortured by Zhang Wenguo and other officers. Mr. Chen Tiefeng has been on hunger strike for four days. He is in critical condition.

2. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Yin Xiumei Unlawfully Taken into Custody
On April 18, Ms. Yin Xiumei, a practitioner from the Wanghua District in Fushun City, carried Falun Dafa materials to the Heping Police Station in Wanghua District to clarify the truth. Officers unlawfully took her into custody. Heping Police Station is planning to send her to a forced labor camp.

3. [Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province] Practitioner Ms. Liu Yan Arrested
At around 7:00 p.m. on April 24, members of the Lianyungang City 610 Office suddenly broke into Ms. Liu Yan's home to take her away. Ms. Liu's whereabouts are unknown.
In addition, Ms. Zhang Hui was arrested a week ago.
4. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Police Attempt to Arrest Practitioner Ms. Wu Faqin
At 5:00 p.m. on April 24, the Weifang City police attempted to arrest Ms. Wu Faqin, the daughter-in-law of Ms. Wang Changxiu, who was arrested on April 18. Ms. Wu was on her way out to pick up her son and saw three police vehicles. She managed to escape with righteous thoughts in mind. At 6:30 p.m., her 60-year-old father-in-law went to pick up his grandson. The police took both the grandfather and grandson into custody and did not release them till 9:30 p.m. At 10:00 p.m. the officers drove away Ms. Wu's car.
5. [Linghai City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Mei and Two Other Practitioners Arrested Again
On the evening of April 5, 2007, practitioners from Jianye Township in Linghai City went to Yanjia Town to distribute truth-clarifying materials. They were briefly taken into custody by officers at the Yanjia Town Police Station. Several days after they returned home, officers from the Yanjia Town Police Station, the Jianye Township Police Station, the Jianye Township Border Patrol Agency, and the Linghai City State Security Division took three practitioners--Ms. Liu Mei, Ms. Li Xiulan and Ms. Guo Feng in Jianye Township--again to the Linghai City State Security Division without cause.

At around noon on April 25, 2007, officers at the Longnan Police Department in Daqing City broke into practitioner Mr. Liu Bo's home and took Mr. Liu and Ms. Liang Yajie into custody. The officers also went to practitioner Ms. Yu Yaqin's home and took Ms. Yu's younger sister to the Longnan Police Department.
8. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Nine Practitioners, Including Ms. Ji Yuhua, Arrested
On the evening of April 23, 2007, Ms. Ji Yuhua, Ms. Wang Sulan, and another female practitioner with the nickname of Ningning in Longmensuo Town, Chicheng County, Zhangjiakou City, were arrested. On April 24, 2007, the police arrested five practitioners in the county's downtown area, including Ms. Wang Yuzhen, Ms. Wang Yuhai, Ms. Zhao Bingheng, Ms. Guo Xiulin, and a practitioner with the nickname Xiaolinzi (gender unknown). On April 25 the police arrested Ms. Wang Yufeng. The police also searched the practitioners' homes, confiscating Falun Dafa books and MP3 players.

9. [Linghai City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Mei and Two Other Practitioners Arrested
At around 8:00 p.m. on April 24, 2007, a dozen or so officers from the Linghai City State Security Division, the Yanjia Police Station, and the Jianye Township Border Patrol Agency arrived in three police vehicles at Jianye Village in Jianye Township. The officers divided into three groups and simultaneously forced their way into the homes of practitioners Ms. Liu Mei, Ms. Guo Feng, and Ms. Li Xiulan. Five or six officers dragged each of the practitioners out of bed and into the vehicle without allowing them to put on clothes or shoes. When Ms. Li's mother, in her 80s, and Ms. Li's younger sister tried to stop the officers from taking away her daughter, the officers pushed the elderly lady to the ground. The three practitioners are being held at the Linghai City Detention Center.

At noon on April 24, 2007, police in the Honggang District, Daqing City, suddenly broke in for unlawful searches and arrested Mr. Shi Baoshen and Ms. Li Chunying.
11. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Mr. Lin Jianping Arrested by 610 Office Police
On April 11, officers from the local 610 Office arrested practitioner Mr. Lin Jianping and searched his home, confiscating two personal computers. Mr. Lin is being held at the Tianhe District Detention Center in Guangzhou City.
12. [Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Ms. Liu Fengqin Arrested by Officers from the Forestry Police Department
At 9:00 p.m. on April 23, 2007, Chen Binxia (male), division head at the Hailin Forestry Police Department in Heilongjiang Province broke into practitioner Ms. Liu Fengqin's home. The police searched her home and took her to the Hailin Forestry Bureau Detention Center.
13. [Heilongjiang Province] Practitioners Mr. Si Baosheng and His Wife, Ms. Li Chunying, from the No. 4 Extraction Factory in Daqing Oil Fields Arrested
Mr. Si Baoshen and his wife Li Chunying are practitioners from the No. 4 Extraction Factory in Daqing Oil Fields. At around 12:30 p.m. on April 24, 2007, the police arrested them at their home. The officers confiscated their personal computer and other items.
14. [Heilongjiang Province] Numerous Practitioners Arrested in Daqing Area
In the morning and around noon on April 25, 2007, numerous practitioners in the Daqing area were arrested. Those who have been confirmed as arrested include: Mr. Liu Bo, Ms. Hong Lanying, Ms. Liang Yahui, Ms. He (wife of Mr. Ren Daxiao), Ms. Yu Yaqin's younger sister, and Ms. Chen Qingli. Ms. Chen Qinli lives at the No. 5 Section of the Dongfeng Residential Village. The other practitioners live in the Longqing Residential Complex near Gaocenghe Garden by the Longnan Northern Market.

On the evening of April 23, 2007, several police officers broke into practitioner Ms. Wang Suxian's home. The officers unlawfully searched the place and arrested Ms. Wang.
16. [Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province] Additional Information on Practitioners' Arrests
On the evening of April 22, 2007, Jiujiang City practitioners Mr. Wang Hechu and Ms. Yin Xiuchun were arrested together. On April 23, practitioner Yang (gender unknown), a physician in Shili District, Jiujiang City, was arrested.
