Indonesia: Jakarta Falun Gong Practitioners Protest the CCP's Infringement of Indonesian Citizens' Rights (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On the morning of May 3, 2003, around 11 a.m., Jakarta Falun Gong practitioners gathered in front of the Chinese Embassy to protest the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) for its repeated infringement of Indonesian citizens' basic rights.

On April 7, a parade in Semarang City organized by Falun Gong practitioners was canceled due to pressure from the CCP.

On April 29, local Falun Gong practitioners were invited to participate in the Surabaya City Day Parade. Although the practitioners had already received a line-up number, the practitioners were not allowed to enter the parade procession due to pressure from the CCP.

Local legal supporting organizations pointed out that both incidents violated Indonesian citizens' rights. In response to the interference, on May 3, Falun Gong practitioners gathered in front of the Chinese Embassy to protest the CCP's infringement of Indonesian citizens' rights and its atrocities of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. During the protest, some practitioners distributed truth-clarifying materials to passersby and demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises. The event concluded successfully at 1 p.m.
