(Clearwisdom.net) An illegal trial of Wang Bo and her parents took place at the Shijiazhuang City Intermediate Court on April 27, 2007. The Communist Party agents refused to let any Falun Gong practitioners audit the trial. The court officials and 610 Office agents monitored and arrested practitioners who tried to enter the courthouse.

The court stipulated that anyone could apply and receive an audit permit with an ID and a residence permit. Following the official requirements, 27 people including Falun Gong practitioners Qiu Liying and Liang Yening obtained audit permits the morning of April 26, 2007. That afternoon, local police harassed Falun Gong practitioners at their homes, and some suffered restrictions of their personal freedom. Practitioner Liang Yening went to the courthouse around 8:00 a.m. on April 27 and saw that the court was heavily guarded; local police officers waiting outside the front entrance arrested him. Practitioner Qiu Liying was also arrested.

It is said the Communist government dispatched police forces from Shijiazhuang City and the surrounding area to arrest any Falun Gong practitioners who attempted to audit the trial. The judge lied and told the lawyers, "We are delaying the opening of the trial because we want to wait for people who are coming to audit the trial." Despite strong protests from the lawyers, only eight people were allowed to be seated in the audience section of the court.

Practitioner Mr. Wu Lei is in his 20s and works in Shijiazhuang City. Officials from the National Security Division at the Shijiazhuang City Police Department arrested him for taking photographs. The arrest took place after three police cars transporting Wang Bo and her parents passed a section of the road where martial law was imposed. Someone saw Deng Fang, head of the National Security Division, at the arrest location. Wu Lei has been taken to No. 2 Detention Center of Shijiazhuang City.
