(Clearwisdom.net) Because I did not adequately acknowledge the power of Dafa in my life and had many attachments in my thoughts, my cultivation environment was weak. Thinking of Master's compassionate desire for the salvation of all beings led me to pick up the phone and call China, advising those that answered to quit the Chinese Communist Party. This has strengthened my cultivation environment and straightened my path. After calling for two months, nearly 400 people have quit the Party and its affiliated organizations, including the Young Pioneers and the Youth League. I have given the records of these calls to New Tang Dynasty TV. Now I know that I should look inward when I have a problem in how I should practice Dafa. The following points are helpful in making these calls.

Because my husband and brothers are very famous in political circles, I felt this would help in clarifying the truth. I had a lot of expectations for my husband and made unreasonable demands on him. Even though he, too, is a practitioner, we often had conflicts. I decided to leave Taiwan and go to Manhattan to validate Dafa.

After I returned to Taiwan I realized that my husband had strayed too far from a proper cultivation environment. Last September, he fell down and almost lost his life. His left hand and left foot were paralyzed. The only thing he could do was lay on his bed. He needed attention every minute. Even when he didn't see anyone around, he would scream with fear. Our former easy and comfortable cultivation environment was severely disturbed. Fortunately, I steadfastly believed in Master and Dafa. Master has given my husband a new life. At present he only needs someone to help him get up, and then he can walk a short distance with a cane by himself. He can also study the Fa, practice the exercises, and recite Hong Yin. He even told me how to clarify the truth to people so they can more easily understand.

I regard the task of making phone calls to advise people to quit the CCP very seriously. Therefore, before I make any phone call, I study the Fa well and send forth righteous thoughts. When I make the calls, I feel a strong effect.

Once a first grade child picked up the phone. I asked him if he had ever worn the red scarf. He said everybody had to wear it. Because it would not be correct to talk to him about quitting the CCP, I started to change the subject to Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance. We had a very nice talk. A little while later his mother came on. I told his mother that she had taught her son very well. I enabled her to feel our kindness and then told her that compassion is a Falun Gong practitioners' main characteristic. When I turned to the main topic, both mother and son quit the Chinese Communist Party immediately.

Another example is when a woman spoke to me very meanly and cursed me loudly. Then she hung up the phone. It is very bad for her to curse other people like that, and I felt I had to tell her about the principle of loss and gain, so I called again. This time a young man picked up the phone. He was a student. I talked to him about quitting the CCP and eventually he did.

I also prepare for calls by studying relevant facts and stories. I have downloaded the most current addresses for software to break through the Internet blockade to pass on to the people I will talk to. I read Internet articles and news about things like the Shanwei incident in Guangzhou, the Jiajia incident in Shanxi etc. I also view the commentary programs on NTDTV with their analyses. That helps me to really understand the subject. The book "Nine Commentaries on the Chinese Communist Party" has invaluable information about the Party culture. With these stories and background my calls will be effective and never be boring.

Finally, I give people contact information, including my personal telephone number. I also tell them about truth clarifying radio stations like Sound of Hope and Minghui so they will feel more secure and can stay in touch.

Consult other practitioners' for ideas in making phone calls. Adapt your call to the type of person that answers.

A caller needs to be able to adapt to questions from the other party. I pick topics of current interest. We can also go discuss personal experiences. If it is a middle school student, I will bring up a related subject like the single parent student or the student's sexual concerns. All these topics will help them to understand the kindness of practitioners, helping them to realize the lies of the Chinese Communist Party. Once I talked to a high school student who had already joined the CCP. This student asked me to call him again. Later he encouraged 17 students to quit. This kind of case is not unusual. A student in Guizhou Province was very good at analyzing the corruption of the Chinese Communist Party. Five student influenced by him quit the CCP. Some of them went on to persuade their parents to quit.

Once when I called China, a person wanted to quit immediately. I wondered why he wanted to quit so easily. Later, when I called him to give him his "Quit the CCP" authentication number, I asked him why he was so quick to want to quit and was it safe to talk? He said he worked at a public security bureau. I was concerned about his safety, so I did not talk too much. I made another phone appointment with him. On the next call, he told me that he had organized many people to resign from the CCP using the free number that I had given him. He also said that he had been lowered in position and had his salary cut for practicing Falun Gong. He had practiced two years, but had only limited information to study, not even Zhuan Falun.

I always start by asking, "Can you hear me over this phone connection?" If they ask where I am calling from, I always say my hometown is Fujian, but that I am now living in Taiwan. Usually they are interested in the issue of Taiwan. From their response, I can guess the status of the person that I am talking to. Then I will come up with the subject that I should talk about next. Once someone said that Masanjia Forced Labor Camp had illegally arrested a practitioner name Xinwen. I immediately contacted the phone team so they could try to rescue him.

I have benefited greatly from making these kinds of phone calls. Saving others is also saving myself. I have been making phone calls for only a few months. This has corrected my cultivation path, step by step. The tense relationship between me and my children is now much more relaxed. My husband is also very happy to be my fellow practitioner. One day, 41 people quit, the next day 31 quit. My husband said he was sending forth righteous thoughts on the side those days. When my husband and I work together the results are very good. Once, within two hours, 12 people quit the CCP. We felt the power of the strong energy field.
