Former Chief of Kangping County Public Security Section in Liaoning Province Bai Guozheng Receives Karmic Retribution

Since the persecution began on July 20, 1999, the former chief of Kangping County Public Security Section, Bai Guozheng, directly participated in persecuting practitioners, causing more than 100 practitioners to be sent to forced labor camps and around 1,000 to be detained or sent to brainwashing sessions. Bai Guozheng has received karmic retribution. He was hit by a car, resulting in a fractured skull. He was in a coma at Shenyang Hospital and died a few days later.

On the evening of March 16, 2007, the director of the Jilin Siping Agricultural Engineering College, Guo Guangxiao, drove home in a school car. After 6:00 p.m., the car suddenly ran off the road at high speed. The vehicle stopped after it rolled many times. The road condition was not bad at the time and there were not many cars nearby. People could not understand how the accident happened.

Guo Guangxiao sustained severe head and internal injuries and went into a coma. The medical expenses, including daily kidney dialysis and a life-support machine, were about 10,000 yuan. Guo Guangxiao died about 20 days later.

During the period when Guo Guangxiao was director, he closely followed the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and Jiang Zemin's regime and persecuted Falun Dafa practitioners. After practitioners clarified the truth to him many times, Guo Guangxiao continued the persecution. He incited his subordinates to make and hang banners slandering Dafa to influence the college's teachers, students and staff. The banners were taken down by practitioners the same day.

Harbin Wanjia Forced Labor Camp is notorious for persecuting practitioners. Many guards at this forced labor camp have received karmic retribution.

Guards who participated in putting Master's pictures on the ground and ordering those who visited their family members at the labor camp to step on them have received karmic retribution:

Li Hu has a blood disorder and has not been able to go to work. He stays at home because of the illness. Liu Tao has diabetes.

Zhang Bo has had to have major surgery.

Guo Qiuli has had to have major surgery twice.

Since July 20, 1999, the chief of the National Security Team of Hebei Province Yanshan County Police Station has actively followed Jiang Zemin's regime to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. Liu Zhenming has interrogated several practitioners using torture and fabricated evidence to sentence them to prison or labor camps. Some practitioners were even sentenced to ten years. About 100 Falun Gong practitioners were detained and more practitioners were fined large sums of money or had belongings confiscated.

Liu Zhenming went to the homes of practitioners to harass them many times, smashed their windows and doors, stole television sets, tape recorders, vehicles, grain, and so on. He supervised, managed, monitored and arrested practitioners, and tortured them using such cruel methods as electric shocks, handcuffs and shackles, the death bed method, and burning them with cigarettes. Practitioners were beaten under his supervision until they had bloody noses and swollen faces. The cigarette burns left practitioners' buttocks covered in black scars.

Practitioners have written Liu Zhenming many letters urging him to stop the persecution immediately. He has not listened to their advice, and instead became aggravated. When his parents read the practitioners' letters, they did not advise their son to stop the persecution, but instead tore up truth-clarification materials and abused practitioners as well.

Liu Zhenming's parents both developed incurable diseases. His mother died in February 2007 and was only 63 years old. His father is seriously ill and lies in bed.

Kang Shumei, a former employee of the Hongxing Town Supply and Marketing corporation in Jiguan District, Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province, manages a small store. She behaves badly and is often in a bad mood. She has never believed in Gods and Buddhas or that good is rewarded with good and evil provokes retribution. She treats making money as more important than her life and competes for customers with others of the same trade. If someone does not go shopping in her store, she will chase them into the other store and abuse them. Everyone knows that she is ill now, so no one pays attention to her. She has therefore become more aggressive.

In 2003, when a practitioner's child was going to school, the practitioner borrowed one hundred yuan from Kang's mother-in-law. Several days later, he gave her back a new one-hundred-yuan note. Kang and her mother-in-law saw it and knew that it was not fake. However, after two weeks, Kang's mother-in-law suddenly appeared at the practitioner's home and said that the one-hundred-yuan note was fake. The practitioner saw it was not the note he had given her and did not acknowledge it. In the evening, after Kang got off work, she told her father-in-law, "He won't replace the note? This is easily solved. It is easy to punish a Falun Gong practitioner! You just go to the local police station to report him to the authorities. You just say: 'When I went to his home, I saw he was practicing Falun Gong and I saw Dafa books and so on.'" Kang's father-in-law, who was over 80, went to the local police station to report the practitioner and officers from the station went to arrest him. The officers found several books and beat the practitioner. His relatives had to spend a lot of money to post his bail and he was released after one night. Kang was happy with what happened.

In early spring 2005, when Kang was selling her goods, she fainted and fell suddenly to the ground. Her face was pale like white paper and there was foam coming from her mouth. She was in a coma for 20 minutes. Now, every 40 days, she has an episode and taking medicine does not help.

Some people have said: "Her conscience is very bad. She does not believe in Gods and Buddhas. She also asked her elderly father-in-law to lie and make an accusation against a Falun Gong practitioner. She thought what she did was so smart." Kang Shumei is receiving karmic retribution in this life because her conscience is not clear.
