South Taiwan Group Fa Study Helps More Practitioners Advance Together (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On June 3 2007, the once every season south Taiwan regional Fa study was held at Dongshi High School Puzi City, Chiayi County. Even with a high temperature, about 1,200 Falun Dafa practitioners participated. One elderly lady said eleven people from family came to the Fa study. "After practicing Falun Gong, our health improved, our xinxing level improved, and the whole family is more harmonious."

Practitioners are sharing their experiences

A practitioner shared his experience of how to harmonize family life. He said you couldn't let your wife feel that she'd lost a husband because you practice Falun Dafa. You are still a member of the family. "Master told us that everyone is Master's relative. (We shall) not only care about our spouse, family members, but also extend our care. The attachments of fame and self-interest are all derived from emotion. If you let go of the emotion, compassion will replace it, so the attachments to fame and interest will be gone, too. When the family is harmonious, it is easier to clarify the truth." He said.

One practitioner talked about the importance of memorizing the Fa when he is dealing with his wife. He said, "Before, I always compared my wife to other people. The result is we had a lot of conflicts and the conflicts gradually grew. Later, I began to memorize the Fa and the Fa was deeply printed into my mind. When I am facing the conflicts, the Fa emerges automatically. I realized that I used to think too much about it. Thinking too much about one thing is an attachment too and it forms thought-karma. The thought-karma occupies your brain, so you lose your compassion and forbearance. I realized these were all human notions. They are not my own thoughts. We can't go to extremes and must handle matters with wisdom and a clear mind. I get rid of the negative thoughts toward my wife and then the situation turns out good."

One practitioner mentioned the conflicts between practitioners when doing Dafa-related projects. He believed the problems were accumulated over a long period of time. He shared that we need to point it out when we see others' shortcomings. We delayed because we still have the attachment to qing and there is also reputation involved. If we kept the problem in our hearts and didn't speak up to keep a superficial peace, that doesn't fulfill a practitioner's required standard.

A computer technician practitioner said he once saw that another practitioner couldn't repair a PC quickly, which delayed a timely truth-clarification task. So he formed negative thoughts against that practitioner. Later, he realized this was a problem, and that he had a strong attachment to "Work". He said, "I finally understand that everything is for our cultivation. I realized this and my xinxing level improved."

One practitioner shared the experience of clarifying the truth at the scenic spot Chiqian Lou in southern Taiwan. They believed they must clarify the truth to the security and local policemen first so they brought informational materials to the security guards and policemen every day. The policemen understood the purpose and meaning of their work and respected their efforts. The practitioner said, "It is impossible that your path of cultivation will be smooth sailing. We are practitioners of the Fa rectification period, we must let the sentient beings know the truth. When we see tourists from Mainland China taking photos in front of our truth-clarification display boards and banners about quitting CCP, we are very happy that they have learned the truth. "

Every Fa study, some practitioners lead a class for the little practitioners. This time, a few practitioners led the little ones to study the Fa and do the exercises in a happy environment with games. The Fa-study and experience ended at 5:30 p.m.. A new practitioner commented with a smile, "If everyone cultivated their xinxing like Falun Gong practitioners do, society would be very peaceful."
