France: Falun Gong Brings Kindness and Peacefulness to French Society (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) On June 3, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners were invited to take part in the annual Aubervillers City Festival Celebration. Falun Gong practitioners' performances of dance, waist drums and Falun Gong exercise demonstrations were warmly welcomed by the audience.

Aubervillers has a population of 80,000, and is situated around Paris. The city is in a poor immigrant area, where many ethnic groups live. Violence is frequent in the area.

As the Falun Gong practitioners' performance started, and the zither music sounded, the disordered crowd became quiet and in good order. The pure lotus flower dance made people who were on the scene look more relaxed and happy.

After the performance, the coordinator of this celebration activity said to the practitioners that she had never seen such a peaceful and beautiful performance. ''The performances we've had in the past were always loud and noisy, but your performance made the whole field immediately quiet, and let people feel peaceful and kind. This is exactly what we need. I hope you come often, people here really need this!''
