(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Ma Zhonghe lived in Yanji County, Kuerle City, in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. His family is originally from Gansu Province. He was born in 1974, and he was a repairman.

Because he went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Dafa, he was detained from 2000 to October 2001, in the Changji Labor Camp located in Wujiaqu City. He died of torture while detained in the Kuerle City Detention Center some time between 2003 and 2005. His body was thrown outside the detention center's gate, and no one claimed it.
