Solemn Declaration

I began to cultivate Falun Dafa in 1997. Many of my diseases have healed through cultivation practice. I felt Falun Dafa was so good. On December 11, 2002, the evil authorities went to my home attempting to arrest my spouse, who was not home then They illegally confiscated Master's picture, Dafa books and music tapes. Then they took all my family members to the police station and interrogated us until midnight, and they illegally imprisoned me for three days. Because I anxiously wanted to get out, I said to the police chief: "I have diabetes. I cannot bear it here. You must release me!" The chief said: "If your situation is true, I will report this to the higher authorities." On the sixth day, more than twenty police came from the police station and one of them took out a paper and said: "If you sign at the lower right corner, then we will release you." I saw it was a blank paper and "disrupting the public security" was written at the bottom. I did not think too much of it at that time, so I signed it. Now I think it is was wrong for me to sign. Because signing is equal to acknowledging that I have disturbed the social order. In fact, I was at home and was arrested for no reason. It was the police who were disturbing public security. I solemnly declare that at the time what I've signed is void; all of what I've said and written that does not agree with Dafa are void. I deny the old forces' persecution and I will soberly cultivate in Dafa.

In February 2001, I was illegally sent to a detention center and later to a forced labor camp. After I was in the forced labor camp, some people who went astray surrounded me and took turns to brainwash me. Driven by the attachments, I wrote the three statements and other things that betrayed and disrespected Master and Dafa. During the 2003 Chinese New Year, I also represented another three practitioners who were arrested at the same time and wrote three thank-you letters to each of three local political committees who persecute and slander Dafa. Another time I also cooperated with police to help search for a practitioner that they wanted to persecute. After I read Teacher's article "Pass the Deadly Test," I felt Master's great mercy. I thank Teacher for his great mercy and grace. I solemnly declare that all I've said and written that do not agree with Dafa and disrespect Teacher and Dafa, are void. I only walk the road arranged by Teacher and do the three things well, on my journey to my true home.
