(Clearwisdom.net) Early in the morning of June 10, 2007, the voice of a 75-year-old woman with a heavy Taiwanese accent was heard in the auditorium of Tsaotun County Gymnasium in Tsaotun County, Nantou, Taiwan. This voice originated from the audio recording of a telephone conversation between the Taiwanese woman and a Mainland Chinese policeman.

"Officer, may I use the pseudonym 'Chang Rong' to publish a statement on The Epoch Times website and withdraw you from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its two affiliated organizations? Is the name okay to you?" the lady asked. The policeman on the other end of the line did not answer. The lady raised her voice and asked again, "Officer! Officer! May I use the pseudonym 'Chang Rong' to publish a statement on the The Epoch Times' website on your behalf to withdraw you from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its two affiliated organizations?" "Yes!" was the response from the other end of the line.

This was one of the scenes at a local experience sharing gathering in Tsaotun County, Taiwan. Taiwanese practitioners shared their experiences in clarifying the truth and spreading the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party to Mainland Chinese people and persuading them to withdraw from the CCP, the CCP Youth League and the CCP Young Pioneers. Recordings of phone conversations with Mainland Chinese people were played aloud for the purpose of sharing such truth-clarifying experiences.

Taiwanese practitioners gathered in Tsaotun County Gymnasium to share their experiences in clarifying the truth about Falun Gong, spreading the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and persuading people to withdraw from the CCP

Practitioners from throughout Taiwan gathered in the Tsaotun County Gymnasium of Tsaotun County, Nantou. The gathering was held to help Taiwanese practitioners do a better job in clarifying the truth about Falun Gong.

Practitioner Ms. Chou has been clarifying the truth to Chinese police for a very long time. Ms. Chou reports that many prison guards from China's forced labor camps and policemen from China's law enforcement agencies have agreed to withdraw from the CCP and its two organizations after they learned the truth about Falun Gong and the growing trend of withdrawing from the CCP. Later, Ms. Chou played a recording of a phone conversation between practitioner Mr. Liang and a Chinese policeman. Mr. Liang is a building contractor in his sixties. In that phone conversation, Mr. Liang successfully persuaded a policeman to withdraw from the CCP and the CCP's two affiliated organizations. Mr. Liang said, "It is very easy to make these calls. I encourage everyone to pick up the phone, call the Chinese police and persuade them to release the illegally imprisoned practitioners. Our activities will help curb crimes against practitioners."

Practitioners in China and throughout the world have been using many different means to help Chinese people learn important facts about Falun Gong and the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong. At the same time, they are asking for support from international society in order to stop the persecution of Falun Gong as soon as possible. There are many touching stories of practitioners peacefully crusading against the persecution.

There is an 81-year-old man who walked extremely slowly and was losing control of his arms and legs, and we believe even suffered from a dysfunctional nervous system. Since he began practicing Falun Gong, he has learned to use a computer. After he learned to turn the computer on and off, use the mouse, and copy and paste text, he has persuaded over 2,000 Chinese people to withdraw from the evil CCP.

Ms. Huang is a Falun Gong practitioner from Tainan. Before she began to practice Falun Gong, Ms. Huang did not go on overnight trips because she suffered from hemorrhoids and insomnia. After she practiced Falun Gong for seven months, Ms. Huang realized the importance of clarifying the truth to Mainland Chinese tourists at sightseeing spots in Hong Kong. Therefore, she decided to take overseas trips and join practitioners' group activities to clarify the truth about Falun Gong to people. In addition to health barriers, Ms. Huang has also overcome a mental block. Ms. Huang said, "I have been a reserved person since childhood. I was reluctant to speak because I stuttered. I always felt nervous about speaking in public. My mind became blank when I spoke in public." But Ms. Huang overcame her mental block so she could help people get to know the truth about Falun Gong. "I told myself that I must open my mouth and tell people the truth about Falun Gong. I must overcome this impediment. I must open my mouth." said Ms. Huang. Once she made up her mind, she was able to talk to people. Although she could say but a few words at first, she is getting better at making speeches.

There is a practitioner from Taichong whose failing kidneys were cured from practicing Falun Gong. In order to clarify the truth about Falun Gong at Taiwan's famous Sun Moon Lake, he would travel from Taichong to Nantou every morning, clarify the truth to tourists at Sun Moon Lake and return home at sunset. The head of the local government's attractions management division tried to stop him from hanging banners and distributing truth clarification materials a few times at Sun Moon Lake. The practitioner visited the division a few times to clarify the truth about Falun Gong and China's persecution of Falun Gong. He also gave the division head a copy of the book Zhuan Falun and the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. The division head accepted them and promised to read them. After a while, he finally understood why Falun Gong practitioners decided to brave the weather to clarify the truth to Chinese tourists visiting Sun Moon Lake. Now the Sun Moon Lake management division has permitted Falun Gong practitioners to hang banners, have poster exhibits and distribute truth-clarifying materials to Chinese tourists.

The telephone is the most common means of telecommunications. There is a large mobile phone population in China as well. It is the most direct and easy way to reach people in rural and urban areas, households and businesses, as well as people of different age groups. Taiwanese practitioners have made a great impact by calling and text-messaging to people in China. Calling Chinese people and clarify the truth about Falun Gong has proven to be effective in helping stop the persecution of Falun Gong. They persist in calling China's forced labor camps until they release our fellow practitioners and the CCP collapses.

There is a grandmother who clarifies the truth with the help of her two-year-old grandson. She used to clarify the truth to Chinese people using Internet chat tools, but now she does it over the phone. Sometimes her grandson helps her with her truth-clarification work. When she does not hear the phone, her grandson tells her it is ringing. When she is free, her grandson brings her Zhuan Falun and prompts her to study the Fa. When she makes calls to the Chinese police to ask that fellow practitioners be released, the Chinese police often shout curses. At times like this, her grandson greets the cursing policeman or policewoman as "uncle" or "aunt." The policeman or policewoman then softens up and ask in a tender voice, "How old is the child?" It became an ice-breaker. The grandmother talks about her grandson and gradually changes the subject to the truth about Falun Gong and about withdrawing from the CCP and the affiliated organizations. After the police understand the truth, they agree not to arrest practitioners any longer and even agree to withdraw from the CCP and its two affiliated organizations.

One practitioner said that he uses his free time to make calls to the Chinese people who have listened to the telephone recording about withdrawing from the CCP. In addition to spreading the Nine Commentaries, he has persuaded many people to withdraw from the CCP and its two affiliated organizations. Many Chinese people ask to learn Falun Gong after they learn the truth of China's persecution of Falun Gong. In June 2007 alone, he has given out more than 10 copies of the electronic version of Zhuan Falun and VCDs of Falun Gong exercise instruction videos to Chinese people.

Ms. Liao is a volunteer of the Falun Gong Practitioner Rescue Team. According to rescued fellow practitioners, Chinese policemen and prison guards were terrified when they saw the phone numbers on the Caller ID. They threatened the illegally imprisoned practitioners, "You guys are really good. You have connections outside of China. When you are released, keep your mouth shut. You must remember: We didn't give you a 'hard time'. Do you understand!" In order to have the imprisoned practitioners released, the rescue team would call the 610 Office locations, the Legal and Political Committees, the Public Security Bureaus, the State Security Teams and the Forced Labor Camps all over China, but typically they dared not pick up the phone. Nevertheless, Taiwanese Falun Gong practitioners continue to call these organizations actively because they continue to persecute practitioners. Therefore, the Public Security Bureau has released some imprisoned Falun Gong practitioners.

The gathering lasted the entire day. When the practitioners arrived at the gymnasium in the early morning, they chatted for a while before they sat on meditation mats on the floor. After there was no more space on the first floor, practitioners went to the second floor of the gymnasium. There were over 1,000 practitioners at the gathering, but it was very quiet. Even the small children were very quiet and orderly. Regardless of age and social background, every practitioner was treated equally.

Those who shared their experiences peacefully shared their stories of clarifying the truth to Chinese people and prompting them to withdraw from the CCP and its two affiliated organizations. They shared their thoughts about searching within and identifying attachments. They also promised Teacher to do better going forward and to continue clarifying the truth.
