List of Practitioners Sent to Forced Labor in Huinan County, Jilin Province

Below is a list of 36 Falun Dafa practitioners in Huinan County, Jilin Province, who have been detained since July 1999. Some have been sent to forced labor camps or prison two or more times. Agents and officials from the Huinan County government, the 610 Office, the State Security Division, the police, neighborhood administrations, town and township governments, village administration offices, and detention centers are all responsible for their mistreatment.

Ms. Lu Yanhong, an employee of a quality control station, served three years of forced labor
Ms. Chi Lijuan, an employee of the county government, served three years of forced labor
Ms. Ye Guilan, a teacher employed by the County Fifth Middle School, served three years of forced labor
Ms. Yu Dongmei, an employee of the post office, served three years of forced labor
Mr. Li Jianxin, an employee of the State Taxation Bureau, served two years of forced labor
Ms. Chen Xueying, an employee of a trailer factory, served three years of forced labor
Mr. Qin Yuzhang, an employee of the Railroad Physical Plant, served two and a half years of forced labor
Ms. Wang Shulan, the wife of an employee of a power company, was bailed out on parole
Ms. Li Dongmei, small business owner
Ms. Pan Yulan, small business owner, served three years of forced labor
Ms. Liu Guiling, small business owner
Mr. Zhou Jixin, small business owner
Mr. Li Xiang, small business owner
Ms. Ma Shiyn, an employee of a food company, sent to forced labor twice between 2002 to 2007, in total was detained for five years
Mr. Zhao Fuxiang, an employee of Meihe Prison, sent to forced labor twice
Mr. Lu Fengwu, a small business owner, served two years of forced labor and his term was extended 70 days

Ms. Dong Chengfang, a farmer, sent to forced labor three times
Mr. Zhang Jingbo and his wife, both farmers
Ms. Yang Lihua, a farmer
Mr. Mo Richun, a farmer, sentenced to six years in prison
Mr. Dong Sailao, a resident in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, served one year of forced labor
Ms. Li Yamei, a farmer, sent to forced labor twice
Ms. Wang Guihua, a farmer

Mr. Xia Guanglin, the Shengli Power Station Director, sent to forced labor three times
Mr. Liu Jinglin, a farmer

Mr. Cui Hongjun, a farmer, was bailed out on parole

Ms. Xia Guangli, an accountant employed by the Thrombosis Hospital
Ms. Xu Jun, an employee of a youth factory in a power company
Ms. Zhang Jinyuan, an employee of a youth factory in a power company
Ms. Zhu Shuqing, a resident of Chaoyang Town
Mr. Cao Yongfan, a farmer in Jinchuan Town
