Never Forget Our Responsibilities as Falun Dafa Practitioners

(Clearwisdom.net) I began Fa study in 1997. On July 20, 1999, the CCP started persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners. I did not step forward to defend Dafa because of fear. After studying the Fa and sharing experiences with fellow practitioners I realized that, as a Dafa disciple during the Fa-rectification period, I must step forward to assist Master in rectifying the Fa and rescuing people. I had followed the path the old forces had arranged by not stepping forward. Then I wrote a solemn statement to deny the old forces' arrangements and to make up for any losses I caused Dafa, and I vowed to cultivate until the end.

When a fellow practitioner living in my subdivision was arrested, another practitioner and I made banners reading "Falun Dafa is the Righteous Fa," and "Bring Jiang Zemin to Justice." After sending forth righteous thoughts, we went out in the middle of the night and hung the banners at the most noticeable places, so that everyone coming from or going to work could see them. With Master's protection, we successfully hung the banners and effectively shocked the evil.

On days when I was off work I went to remote villages to distribute Dafa truth clarification materials. Each time before leaving I would send forth righteous thoughts and ask Master to help me. Then I would study the location well before distributing materials door to door. Once, as soon as I left a flyer at a door a dog started barking, and the owner came to the door. I said in my mind, "I am here to rescue you," and left while sending forth righteous thoughts. The person did not do anything other than watch me disappear. Sometimes my relatives also came to help me.

I began with my family members when urging people to withdraw from the CCP. My sister, brother, and brother-in-law withdrew. At first my father refused to withdraw and did not understand what I was doing. When studying the Fa I recognized my problem; I did not treat my father as a sentient being but treated him rather as a family member. My father was retired; he was a veteran CCP member and did not agree to withdraw, no matter what I said to him. Eventually I let go of my attachment to family members. When my father came to see me one day I showed him the Nine Commentaries. At the same time I sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate all the evil factors behind him in other dimensions. Several days later my father finished reading the Nine Commentaries and said, "Everything it says about the CCP is true! You Dafa practitioners are great! I withdraw from the CCP." Another life chose a good future.

At my workplace I do everything according to "Truth-Compassion-Forbearance," always considering others first and looking inward when encountering conflicts. The workers love listen to me when I speak of the truth to them. I have told them how corrupt and violent the CCP is. I have told them the heavenly rule that good will be rewarded with good and evil will receive retributions. I have told them that the gods will eliminate the CCP and that withdrawal from CCP could be their salvation. They have all understood. All the people around me have quit the CCP.

Whenever I meet a person I have not explained the truth to before, I never let the opportunity go by. Even if I can only say one sentence, I want to tell them the truth about Dafa. One day as I talked to a young man about withdrawing from the CCP he said, "How dare you talk about this? The CCP will arrest you soon." I told him calmly, "The CCP promotes falsehoods, evil, and violence. It cheats people and has done many evil deeds. I am telling you this for your own benefit. It is the truth that the gods will eliminate the CCP and that withdrawing from CCP can assure you a good and safe future."

I suddenly understood many things then, that all the sentient beings came for the Fa, and that all their hopes rest on us Dafa disciples.
