Ms. Wang Chuanlian from Mouping, Yantai City was sentenced to three years of forced labor on April 26, 2004 for persisting in her belief. She was savagely tortured at Division 3 and Division 4 of the Zibo Women's Forced Labor Camp in Shandong Province. Ms. Wang remained resolute in her belief and refused to "reform." Her sentence has expired, but the camp authorities won't release her. During the past three years the authorities have never allowed her family to meet with her. Her current condition is unknown.
