Some Thoughts After Making a Truth-clarifying Phone Call

(Clearwisdom.net) Several days ago, I saw some news on the Internet that practitioner Yu Wenzhong from Jilin Province was abducted. He was persecuted very badly and now he cannot even walk. I feel very sad about it. How come the persecution has been so severe? A few days later, I saw a phone number in a truth-clarification flyer. It was a phone number for the policeman who was responsible for Yu Wenzhong's case. I started thinking about calling the number as soon as I saw it.

When we previously heard about other practitioners being persecuted, we always sent the news to the Minghui/Clearwisdom website. Then it seemed that our task was finished. However, today I suddenly realized this is not right. Even though the persecution is severe in China, we cannot push everything onto overseas practitioners. It is very selfish to do this. Isn't it just waiting for and depending on others? When I thought about it, I decided to make the call right then.

After I made up my mind, the fear came up immediately. What kind of phone should I use to call? When I previously made this kind of call, I usually used a telephone card and called from a public telephone. Now this type of telephone is hard to find anymore. It has been a long time since I had made this kind of call. I was looking for excuses and slacking off. I suddenly realized. "This is wrong! Why is the persecution so severe? Isn't it because we admit it? When everyone totally puts his or her mind and body into rescuing our fellow practitioners, can this persecution still continue?" When I dug further, I saw it was all because of my heavy fear mindset. I decided to change the situation, starting with myself. I won't allow the evil to persecute us anymore.

When I read about the persecution cases in Jilin Province on the Internet, my heart felt hurt. At the same time, I was worried. I sent a force of righteous thoughts to each of the practitioners while I was reading, helping them to strengthen their righteous thoughts and to have the evil people pay for what they did. The persecution in Jilin Province has been very severe. Many practitioners have been illegally arrested. Recently, more practitioners have been abducted. We cannot wait anymore.

I always envied the overseas practitioners because they can call any time to tell people the facts. When they want to call, they just pick up the phone and call. Actually, their situation is not as simple as I thought it was; it is not that easy at all. They also have to get rid of their fear and break through the interference before they can make the phone calls.

Then I was thinking that I should find a telephone near the main street, so I could easily leave after I made the call. I immediately realized, "Isn't this fear?" Master's Fa appeared in my mind. Master wrote:

Righteous thoughts can save the people in this world

I thought, "I am going to save this policeman and help the practitioner. Why should I be afraid? Isn't this the most righteous thing?" My fear suddenly melted within my strong righteous thoughts field. Then I picked up the phone and called 86-13514457022. Someone answered. I said, "You recently arrested a Falun Gong practitioner. Do you know that he was sent to prison and has suffered a lot? He was beaten very badly, to the point where it is even hard for him to walk?"

The policeman said, "Who are you? Why do you say this to me. I am not the person you want to talk to."

I said, "I am doing this for your benefit." The policeman put down the phone.

I had not finished what I had prepared to say, but I think this was good enough. As long as he picked up the phone, even though I just said several words, it still worked. He will think about what he should do in the future. When he does bad things again, it is not that no one will know it and no one will care about it.

Today I wrote down this experience, as I just wanted to tell fellow practitioners that we cannot be apathetic, and we are not allowed to be numb. Here, I want to thank the overseas practitioners for their help from deep in my heart. If there is anything improper, please kindly point it out.
