At 10:00 a.m. on May 17, 2007, practitioner Ms. Zhai Xiaofeng, from Duangang Village, Jiugang Town, was arrested at her home and unlawfully imprisoned.

At 11:00 a.m. on May 15, 2007, National Security, the 610 Office and Luxi Police Station in Gaobeidian City, working in concert, broke into practitioner Ms. Xu Shulan's home in Gaoer Village. They illegally arrested Ms. Xu and locked her in the Gaobeidian Detention Center.

In April 2007, National Security, from the Jiang'an County Public Safety Bureau, arrested practitioners Ms. Tang Yanyang, Mr. Long Zhenrong, and Mr. He Jirong. Ms. Tang's family paid 10,000 yuan to bail her out. Mr. Long's family paid 5000 yuan to bail him out. Mr. He is still locked up in the Jiang'an Detention Center.

Between February and March 2006, practitioners Mr. He Jianren and Mr. Lan Jianzhou from Qingyuan City were arrested and locked up in the Qingxin County Detention Center, where they were brutally tortured for a year. Practitioner Ms. Fan Changhua was an outstanding teacher, and is now retired from the affiliated kindergarten of the 5^th Engineering Co. of the China Gezhouba Group in Yichang City, Hubei Province. On January 12, 2007, the Pinghu Public Safety Bureau in Yichang City arrested Ms. Fan and locked her up in the Yichang First Detention Center for five months. She was brutally tortured and later tried. The guards tortured Ms. Fan because she held a hunger strike. She was recently taken to a hospital for emergency rescue.

Practitioner Ms. Zhao Xirong is from Gaoping District, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province. On April 18, 2007, Ms. Zhao clarified the truth in Qinglian Township, Gaoping District, and someone reported her to the police. National Security from the Gaoping District Public Safety Bureau arrested her and searched her home.

The same day, police arrested practitioners Ms. Liu Siqing, Ms. Zhang Ya, and Ms. Yang Fang from Gaoping District. The four practitioners are now locked up in the Huafeng Detention Center in Nanchong City.
