Mr. Zhang Hongkai, 50, was from Huanggu District, Shenyang City, and worked as a technician in Shenyang. Mr. Zhang was arrested at his home in 2006, and his computer and printer were confiscated during an illegal search by police. He was sentenced to one year in Shenxin Forced Labor Camp.

On April 30, 2007, the Shenxin Forced Labor Camp told Mr. Zhang's family to pick him up at 9:00 a.m. on May 1. When the family arrived at the camp, Jia Dianjie and others from the Liaohe Police Station and 610 Office refused to let Mr. Zhang return home and instead sent him to the Luotaishanzhuang Brainwashing Center. These people also asked Mr. Zhang's workplace to pay 1500 yuan.

On the evening of May 14, 2007, practitioner Ms. Wu Limei was illegally arrested at her home by the Changchu City Public Safety Bureau. Ms. Wu taught art in an experimental elementary school in the Changchun Automobile Industrial Development Area.

On April 24, 2007, six policemen from the Songjiang Town Police Station went to Ms. Zhao Zhenying's home in Songjiang Town to arrest her. The policemen confiscated the book Zhuan Falun, "Minghui Weekly," CDs, and 2000 yuan in cash. Ms. Zhao is now imprisoned in the Jiaohe City Detention Center.

In late March 2007, practitioner Ms. Wang Yuzhi from Fuyu County went to the Tiedong Police Station in Fuyu County to take a photo for her ID. Before she left, she put some Falun Gong truth clarification materials near a window. The police caught her and immediately carried out an illegal search of her home. The police confiscated her computer, printer, and truth clarifying materials. Ms. Wang was sentenced to a forced labor camp for one year.

In the evening of May 16, 2007, Ms. Wu Fengyun and Ms. Wang Lanying from Nanpiao District, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, went to Shangnian Village, Linghai City, to distribute truth clarifying materials. Bai Qinghai from Shenjiatai Town Police Station in Linghai City and Bai Qingshan from the Shangnian Village Police Brigade arrested them and took them to the Shenjiatai Town Police Station.

On October 25, 2006, officers from the Beijie Police Station in Jinzhou City arrested practitioner Ms. Zhang Lifeng at her home and locked her in the Jinzhou City Second Detention Center. Ms. Zhang was secretly sentenced to four years. On May 14, 2007, Ms. Zhang was transferred to the Nanshan Prison where she has been tortured.

On May 9, 2007, the Changchun police arrested dozens of practitioners including Ms. Xiaoma (in her thirties) who lived near Yangguang Road. On May 11, Director Hou from the Yuanda Police Station in Changchun City led four officers to illegally search Ms. Xiaoma's home and confiscated a CD. Ms. Xiaoma is currently imprisoned and tortured in the Shuangyang Third Detention Center.

On May 17, 2007, practitioners Ms. Zhang Yunxia and Ms. Zhang Shuying were clarifying the truth in Faku County, Liaoning Province, when someone reported them to the police. The National Security from Faku County Public Safety Bureau arrested them.

Practitioner Ms. Fei Yurong, an elementary school teacher, was arrested on May 15, 2007, because someone reported her when she clarified the truth. Her whereabouts are unknown.

On April 23, 2007, under the instigation of the Liaohe Oil Field 610 Office, the Liaohe Oil Field Court unlawfully tried practitioners Ms. Cao Chunyan and Ms. Sun Fengjie. Ms. Cao was sentenced to four years and Ms. Sun to two years.

On May 13, 2007, practitioner Ms. Zhap Hui, who worked in the Exploration and Production Research Institute of the Liaohe Oil Field, was illegally arrested on her way to work. She was taken to the Luotaishanzhuang Brainwashing Center in Fushun City.

On the morning of May 10, 2007, practitioners Mr. Wu Ya'nan and Ms. Su were arrested by plainclothes police. On May 10, the police broke into Mr. Wu's home and carried out an illegal search. Mr. Wu has been tortured in the Shuangyang Third Detention Center.

At 11:30 p.m. on May 14, 2007, six men from the Zhuge Town General Office and Police Station in Yishui County broke into Mr. Li Yuzhang and Mr. Li Huazhang's home and carried out an illegal search. The two brothers are currently imprisoned in the Yishui County Detention Center.

On the afternoon of May 15, 2007, Li You, from National Security, and Han Guo, from the Yishui Town General Office, went to Mr. Zhou Guisen's home. They illegally searched his home and detained him in the Yishui County Detention Center.

On the morning of April 22, 2007, Sun Shougang, a Jining City Commissioner, instigated dozens of policemen from Zhongqu Public Safety Bureau and Anju Police Station to arrest practitioner Ms. Bao Chenglan (63 years old). The policemen confiscated Teacher's picture, Falun Dafa books, and truth clarifying materials. Ms. Bao is now unlawfully locked in the "water dungeon," in the basement of the Jining City Detention Center. She is holding a hunger strike protesting the persecution.

17. [Tianjin City] Practitioner Mr. Dong Lixin Tortured in the Caozhuangzi Detention Center in Tianjin City

At 10:00 a.m. on May 17, 2007, practitioner Ms. Zhai Xiaofeng, from Duangang Village, Jiugang Town, was arrested at her home and unlawfully imprisoned.

At 11:00 a.m. on May 15, 2007, National Security, the 610 Office and Luxi Police Station in Gaobeidian City, working in concert, broke into practitioner Ms. Xu Shulan's home in Gaoer Village. They illegally arrested Ms. Xu and locked her in the Gaobeidian Detention Center.

On the morning of May 16, 2007, practitioners Ms. Xiong, Ms. Wang, and Ms. Hu from Liushui County were clarifying the truth in a suburb. They were arrested by officers from the Chengbei Police Station after someone reported them. Ms. Hu was released that night. Ms. Wang and Ms. Xiong are now detained in the Liushui Detention Center.

On May 13, 2007, the City Public Safety Bureau arrested practitioner Ms. Rong Xiumin from Xilinhaote City, Inner Mongolia, and confiscated her CD burner and Dafa books.

In April 2007, National Security, from the Jiang'an County Public Safety Bureau, arrested practitioners Ms. Tang Yanyang, Mr. Long Zhenrong, and Mr. He Jirong. Ms. Tang's family paid 10,000 yuan to bail her out. Mr. Long's family paid 5000 yuan to bail him out. Mr. He is still locked up in the Jiang'an Detention Center.

On the morning of May 15, 2007, practitioners Ms. Liu Xiaohua and Ms. Wang Haihua, from Mengyun County, were ilegally arrested and taken to the Hubei Province Tangxunhu Brainwashing Center. Later that same afternoon, Ms. Qiu Shuangying was also arrested.

At 2:00 p.m. on May 14, 2007, four people from the Lanzhou City Public Safety Bureau 610 Office arrested Ms. Li Hongping at work. Ms. Li was taken to the Gongjiawan Brainwashing Center on May 15.

On April 16, 2007, practitioner Mr. Ling Dong from the Longlin'ge Minority Autonomous County, Guangxi Province, was arrested. His home was illegally searched. Mr. Ling's whereabouts are unknown.

On May 14, 2007, officers from the Xiaoxita Police Station arrested practitioner Ms. Wang Kaihua from Shiban Village, Xiaoxita Town, Yiling District, Yichang City.

Between February and March 2006, practitioners Mr. He Jianren and Mr. Lan Jianzhou from Qingyuan City were arrested and locked up in the Qingxin County Detention Center, where they were brutally tortured for a year. Mr. He was placed in an iron cage. The two practitioners were imprisoned in the Shaoguan Prison and Beijiang Prison in Shaoguan City separately.

28. [Xingyang City, Henan Province] Mr. Li Taijun Arrested

At noon on May 17, 2007, National Security of the Xingyang City 610 Office arrested practitioner Mr. Li Taijun from Xingyang City, Henan Province.

On April 22, 2007, practitioner Ms. Liang Xueying was clarifying the truth of Falun Gong in Luogang Town, Guangning County, Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province. She was arrested by the police at Luogang Town Police Station in Guangning County after someone reported her. The Zhaoqing City Public Safety Bureau illegally searched Ms. Liang's home.

Practitioner Ms. Fan Changhua was an outstanding teacher, and is now retired from the affiliated kindergarten of the 5^th Engineering Co. of the China Gezhouba Group in Yichang City, Hubei Province. On January 12, 2007, the Pinghu Public Safety Bureau in Yichang City arrested Ms. Fan and locked her up in the Yichang First Detention Center for five months. She was brutally tortured and later tried. The guards tortured Ms. Fan because she held a hunger strike. She was recently taken to a hospital for emergency rescue.

Practitioner Ms. Zhao Xirong is from Gaoping District, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province. On April 18, 2007, Ms. Zhao clarified the truth in Qinglian Township, Gaoping District, and someone reported her to the police. National Security from the Gaoping District Public Safety Bureau arrested her and searched her home.

The same day, police arrested practitioners Ms. Liu Siqing, Ms. Zhang Ya, and Ms. Yang Fang from Gaoping District. The four practitioners are now locked up in the Huafeng Detention Center in Nanchong City.
