(Clearwisdom.net) 1. [Nong'an City, Jilin Province] Police Officers in Changchun City Beat
Practitioner Ms. Zhu Shuyun Until She Became Disfigured Practitioner Ms. Zhu Shuyun, 46, from Nong'an City, Jilin Province, was
illegally arrested by police officers in Changchun on May 9, 2007.
Because Ms. Zhu refused to give her name, she was badly beaten by officers from
the police station in Balibao, Changchun City. As a result, she was disfigured
and could not be recognized. Ms. Zhu Shuyun is detained at the Third Detention
Center in Shuanyang. 2. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Ms. Tang Jin'ai
Sentenced to Four Years Imprisonment and Detained at the Women's Prison in Taihe
Town, Guangzhou 3. [Siping City, Liaoning Province] Practitioners Meng Xiangchen and Liu
Qinghua Arrested On the evening of May 4, 2007, practitioners Mr. Meng Xiangchen and Ms. Liu
Qinghua from Siping City were arrested by policemen Zhang Chongtu and Pang
Xuefeng of the police station in Maojiadian Town, Changtu County, Liaoning
Province. 4. [Hejian City, Henan Province] Practitioners Chen Shuwen and Wang Xiaofen
Arrested On April 30, 2007, practitioners Ms. Chen Shuwen and Ms. Wang Xiaofen, about
50, were reported and subsequently arrested. They were detained for ten days at
the police bureau in Hejian City. On May 11, they were sentenced to
imprisonment. Ms. Chen would not cooperate with the unreasonable demands of the
guards and went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution. 5. [Xishui County, Hubei Province] Information on the Persecution of
Practitioners in Xishui County On May 15, 2007, Mr. Zhou Feng, a practitioner from Xishui, was arrested. His
whereabouts are unknown. In May 2007, Ms. Yang Shufen was arrested in Wuhan and her whereabouts are
unknown. Ms. Yang Yunhua, Mr. Li Zhengwen, Ms. Zhou Qi, and Ms. Guo Chunliu were
detained at the First Detention Center of Xishui. Authorities attempted to bring
the case to trial twice but failed to openly sentence the practitioners. 6. [Nanping City, Fujian Province] Practitioner Ms. Lin Xiangmei Sentenced to
Four Years of Imprisonment by the Nanping Municipal Court on May 8, 2007 7. [Luoyang City, Henan Province] Practitioner Wang Zhansheng Taken to a
Brainwashing Center In May 2007, agents Liu He and Liu Shibin of the 610 Office in
Jianxi District, Luoyang City, Henan Province, held a brainwashing session at
the hotel of the Luoyang Axletree Factory. Six practitioners were arrested: Mr.
Wang Zhansheng, Mr. Lei Zhouhe, Mr. Duan Dazhong, Ms. Qiao Luanying, Ms. Wu
Gaimei, and Ms. Di. 8. [Liangshan City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Luo Hongchun Sentenced to
Four Years of Forced Labor Practitioner Ms. Luo Hongchun from Yuexi County, Liangshan Area was reported
for clarifying the truth. She was arrested by officers of the Police
Bureau of Yuexi County, and sentenced to four years of forced labor. 9. [Cangxi County, Sichuan Province] Information Pertaining to the
Persecution of Practitioner Wang Kaibi Ms. Wang Kaibi is forty years old. On December 14, 2006, officers of the
Police Bureau of Cangxi County and the local police station, along with three
villagers, broke into Ms. Wang's house and arrested her. They took her to the
Cangxi County Detention Center and detained her there for two months. Ms. Wang
began a hunger strike to protest the persecution. The 610 Office in Guangyuan
City sentenced her to one year of forced labor. She is detained at the Seventh
Team of the Nanmusi Women's Forced Labor Camp in Zizhong City, Sichuan Province.
Ms. Wang was persecuted so severely that she suffered a mental breakdown and
became emaciated. 10. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Mr. Zhu Chaoyi Arrested at
His Workplace by Officers of the Police Bureau in Luyuan District on the Morning
of May 18, 2007 11. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Mr. Wang Xinmin Detained
and His Family Members Monitored and Followed 12. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Practitioners Wang Lanying and Wu
Fengyun Detained Practitioners Ms. Wang Lanying and Ms. Wu Fengyun from Nanpiao District of
Huludao City, Liaoning Province went out to distribute truth-clarification
materials in Shenjiatai Town, Linghai City. They were discovered by local
patrolling villagers and taken to the police station in Shenjiatai. They are
held in the Linghai City Detention Center. Head of the police station at Shenjiatai, Liu Tiecheng: 86-416-8860110 13. [Haicheng City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Tian Baodong Persecuted
at the Anshan Forced Labor Camp Practitioner Mr. Tian Baodong from Niuzhuang Town, Haicheng City was arrested
on August 24, 2006. He was later sentenced to two years of forced labor. He has
been detained at the Anshan City Forced Labor Camp for almost one year. Because
he refused to be "transformed," the guards will not allow Mr. Tian's
family members to visit him. Mr. Tian has often been detained in a "small
cell" (1) and he has become terribly thin because of the persecution. 14. [Pengshan County, Sichuan Province] Practitioners Wang Maolin and Chen
Guojian Detained On the evening of April 12, 2007, officers of the police bureau of Pengshan
County, Sichuan Province, arrested practitioners Mr. Wang Maolin, over 70, and
Mr. Chen Guojian, over 40, at their homes. They are detained at the Pengshan
County Detention Center. Mr. Chen Guojian went to Beijing twice to validate the Fa, in
February 2000 and at the beginning of 2001. He was detained and sentenced to
four years of imprisonment. 15. [Tianjin City] Practitioners Gao Cuiyun and Gong Wenyu Sentenced; Fang
Huizhe Held at Detention Center Practitioner Ms. Gao Cuiyun was arrested for distributing truth-clarification
materials. She was sentenced to three years of imprisonment and detained at the
Tianjin Women's Prison. Ms. Gong Wenyu was arrested by officers of the Tiyuanbei Police Station in
Tianjin City. She was sentenced to three years of imprisonment and is detained
at the Tianjin Women's Prison. Ms. Fang Huizhe was arrested by officers of the Tiyuanbei Police Station and
is detained at the Dongting Road Detention Center in Hexi District, Tianjin
City. 16. [Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province] Practitioners Including Gao Longyu
Arrested From May 10 to 12, officers of the police bureau of Miyi County plotted and
arrested practitioners Mr. Wang Jian, Mr. Gao Longyu, Ms. Jiang Yilan, Ms. Peng
Kaiju, Ms. Yu Lan, Mr. Xiao You, Mr. Hu Guangxian, and Mr. Xiong Zefu. They also
confiscated Dafa books and other items from the practitioners' homes. 17. [Miyi County, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Li Guangfu's Home Ransacked At around 10:00 a.m. on May 10, 2007, officer Li Xuesong of the National
Security Team and security staff member Yang Yingkun of Baima Town ransacked Li
Guangfu's home and confiscated Zhuan Falun and other items. 18. [Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province] A Practitioner Arrested At about 8:00 p.m. on April 20, 2007, while a practitioner was walking,
suddenly two undercover policemen jumped out of a white van and took the
practitioner to the Jiadong Police Station. Afterwards, the head of police
station and two other policemen went to ransack the home of the practitioner. 19. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Wang Yajun Arrested Practitioner Ms. Wang Yajun, over 50, lives on Jianshe Street in Changchun
City. She was arrested on May 15, 2007 and detained at the Third Detention
Center of Shuangyang. 20. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Wu Rongbo Sentenced to One Year
of Imprisonment Practitioner Mr. Wu Rongbo from Jilin City is thirty-four years old. On May
10, 2007, when he was distributing truth-clarification materials at the Jilin
City Railway Station, he was arrested. He was sentenced to one year of
imprisonment and taken to Baishan Prison. 21. [Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Tang Hao Arrested On April 20, 2007, when Mr. Tang Hao, a practitioner from Zhuzhou City, was
returning to his apartment, he was arrested by police officers of the Shifeng
Police Sub-Bureau. On April 22, Mr. Tang was detained at the First Detention
Center of Zhuzhou City. Family visits were not allowed. 22. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Practitioners Ms. Chen Jie, Mr. Zhong
Chongwen, and Ms. Xie Wenju Held at the Detention Center of Qingbaijiang
District 23. [Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province] On May 16, 2007, Practitioners Ms. Sun
Meihua, Ms. Gong Yin'e, and Ms. Wei Juan Were Arrested; Their Whereabouts Are
Unknown 24. [Jiaonan City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Wang Taojing Sentenced to
Two Years of Forced Labor On March 19, 2007, when Ms. Wang Taojing, a practitioner from Gaojiazhuang,
Yinzhu Town, Jiaonan City, Shandong Province, was clarifying the truth about
Falun Dafa to villagers of Douyazi Village, she was reported (the reporter
received a reward of five hundred yuan). Ms. Wang was arrested by
officers of Yinzhu Town Police Station. She was taken to Jinan Forced Labor Camp
for a two-year term. 25. [Liaoning Province] Two Practitioners from Other Places in the Country
Arrested in Jinzhou District of Dalian City In mid May 2007, when two female practitioners were clarifying the truth
around the Kangju residential area of Jinzhou, they were reported by a resident
and arrested. They are detained at the Sanli Detention Center of Jinzhou. 26. [Laizhou City, Shandong Province] Practitioners Wang Hongju and Liu
Meixia Arrested On the evening of May 9, 2007, officials from the Guojiadian Town Government,
Laizhou City, Shandong Province, and policemen from the Guojiadian Police
Station rushed to Mataishi Village and arrested practitioners Mr. Wang Hongju
and Ms. Liu Meixia. The officers took away a satellite antenna from Mr. Wang and
a TV, VCD and satellite dish from Ms. Liu. The practitioners are detained at the
Dianzi Brainwashing Center in Laizhou City. Laizhou City 610 Office, Yu Zhibin, Yang Xuandi: 86-535-2252610 27. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Mr. Zhang Mingkun
Detained at the Second Detention Center of Qinhuangdao 28. [Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province] Practitioner Li Ji'nan Leaves Home to
Avoid Persecution On May 9, 2006, after practitioner Ms. Li Ji'nan from Kunshan City, Jiangsu
Province returned home from the Nanjing Women's Prison, she was monitored at all
times. The Kunshan City government did not allow Ms. Li to go back to work. She
left home to avoid further persecution. Her whereabouts are not known. 29. [Feicheng City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Zhang Xumin and His Wife
and Daughter Arrested On April 23, 2007, practitioner Mr. Zhang Xumin was arrested by police
officers from Feicheng. On May 15, officers of the Feicheng Police Bureau,
National Security Team, and 610 Office arrested Mr. Zhang's wife, Ms. Liu Qian,
and their daughter, a high school senior. They were detained at the Feicheng
Detention Center and brutally persecuted. National Security Team, officer Wang Qingzhu: 86-13365389507 30. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Li Xiuyun Persecuted On April 15, 2007, practitioner Ms. Li Xiuyun from Boshan District of Zibo
City was arrested by 610 Office agents and policemen from the Shantou Police
Station. Her home was ransacked and the police took away her computer, printer,
and cash. On May 5, another practitioner in Boshan District was arrested and two
practitioners had to leave home to avoid persecution. On May 16, practitioner Mr. Qu Kean had to leave home to avoid persecution. 31. [Sichuan Province] Practitioner Li Ming Arrested AgainPractitioner
Mr. Li Ming is thirty-five years old. He lives in Zhulin Village of Sichuan
University and graduated from the economy department of Sichuan University in
1995. Since October 2000, because Mr. Li went to appeal for Falun Dafa and
clarified the truth, he has been arrested twice and taken to the Xinhua Forced
Labor Camp in Mianyang City. He was detained at the forced labor camp for three
years and seven months and suffered from inhumane persecution there. In January
2005, he was released. In 2005, Mr. Li clarified the truth about Falun Dafa and was taken to the
Wuhou District Brainwashing Center. Later, he left with righteous thoughts. On May 19, 2007, when Mr. Li went outside, he was arrested by officers of the
Security Division of Sichuan University. Officers of the Wangjiang Police
Station at Sichuan University ransacked his home. Mr. Li was detained at the
Jinhua Brainwashing Center in Wuhou District, Chengdu City. Director Liu, Comprehensive Administration Office: 86-28-85259509,
86-13308022786 32. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Liu Zhigao Arrested At 9:40 a.m. on May 21, 2007, when practitioner Mr. Li Zhigao was working at
the senior's room of Tieren Second Village, he was handcuffed by seven or eight
police officers and arrested. 33. [Ruichang City, Jiangxi Province] Practitioner Huang Chaowu Arrested On May 19, 2007, when practitioner Mr. Huang Chaowu was clarifying the truth,
he was reported and subsequently arrested at home by officers from the Matou
Police Sub-bureau in Ruichang City. In the police sub-bureau, Mr. Huang was
beaten by officers and his cuffed hands were left bleeding. Mr. Huang Chaowu is detained at the Wanbaoshan Detention Center in Ruichang
