Hong'an County Police (Hubei Province) Break Into Homes and Arrest Practitioners

(Clearwisdom.net) On July 22, 2007, more than 100 Hong'an County police officers made a midnight assault on Falun Dafa practitioners under the direction of the Huanggang City Police Department and the 610 Office in Hubei Province. The names of the seven practitioners who were arrested are: Mr. Liu Hongsu, Ms. Li Sannu, Ms. Wu Suhua, Ms. Ren (first name unknown), Ms. Qin Hongjuan, Mr. Li Changrong, and Mr. Li (first name unknown). Two other practitioners, Mr. Jiang Zhongyin and Ms. Li Yanrong, are missing.

Similar events took place at the same time in other places in Hubei Province, such as Huanggang City, Macheng City, the Xinzhou District (a suburban district under Wuhan City) and Wuhan City. It was said that they were supervised by officers from the Ministry of Public Security.

In Hongan County, police broke into Mr. Liu Hongsu's home, and brutally beat both him and his wife and ransacked their home, stealing a computer and other personal possessions. They left a broken lock and a mess in their home. The police officers' ID numbers are 75739 and 75719.

When police officers broke into Ms. Li Yanrong's home, her children were very frightened. They screamed and cried out for help, and the police fled. The next morning the police came back and broke into Ms. Li's home again, stealing a laptop and other possessions.

In southwest Hong'an County, the police tore down an enclosed wall, broke into Ms. Li Sannu's home, and took her away by force when she was only dressed in her underwear. The police ransacked her home and brutally beat her two daughters.

In north Hong'an County, the police climbed over an enclosed wall, broke into Mr. Li Changrong's home, and took Mr. Li away. The police also arrested Ms. Ren, Mr. Li, Ms. Wu Suhua, and Ms. Qin Hongjuan and ransacked their homes.

Practitioner Mr. Jiang Zhongyin is missing and he might have been arrested that same night. The arrested practitioners are jailed in the Hong'an Count Detention Center.
