Arrested On the evening on June 22, 2007, the Macheng County Transportation Team
arrested practitioners including Ms. Shi Xuemin and the couple Mr. Shi Xuexing
and Ms. Li Jini. 2. [Jiayu County, Hubei Province] Practitioners Ms. Geng Liangqin, Ms. Zhou
Xinjiao and Ms. Zeng Xian'e Arrested A student's parent reported Chengbei Middle School of Jiayu County teacher
Ms. Geng Liangqin for clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa in
class. In early June 2007, her home was searched and she was arrested. She is
currently detained at the county No.1 Detention Center. In June 2007, officers of the Jiayu County National Security Team arrested
Ms. Zhou Xinjiao and Ms. Zeng Xian'e. The police found something searching Ms.
Zeng's home and wanted to sentence her to five years. 3. [Beijing] Practitioner Mr. Xiao Jinbo Arrested Mr. Xiao Jinbo from Changxindian in the Fengtai District, Beijing, was
reported to the police for clarifying the truth. On June 4, 2007, officers of
the Dongcheng District 610 Office arrested him. His current
whereabouts are unknown. 4.[Jiaohe City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Mr. Li Zhenghua Arrested On June 4, 2007, police officers from Henan Police Station of Chuanying
Public Security Bureau in Jilin City arrested Jiaohe City practitioner Mr. Li
Zhenghua. He is "illegally detained" at Xiaobaishan Detention Center

Practitioner Ms. Yang Cuixing On the morning on June 23, seven or eight policemen arrested Ms. Yang Cuixing,
a practitioner from Zuoqilindong Town, after they searched her home. Ms. Yang
was tortured and subjected to brainwashing tactics at Balinzuoqi Town
Government. On June 24, Ms. Yang escaped with righteous thoughts. 6. [Liaoning Province] Liaohe Oil Field Practitioner Ms. Zhao Hui Detained
and Tortured at the Luotaishanzhuang Brainwashing Center in Fushun City 7. [Macheng, Hubei Province] Practitioner Mr. Yu Xuelun Leaves Home to Avoid
Arrest Huanggang District police followed Macheng practitioner Mr. Yu Xuelun on June
24; he later escaped with righteous thoughts. Currently the police have
stationed themselves at his company, and have beaten his staff at the airport
and the warehouse. Mr. Yu has left home to avoid arrest. 8. [Tianjin City] Practitioner Mr. Zhu Xinhong Arrested The police arrested Nankai District, Tianjin City, practitioner Mr. Zhu
Xinhong on May 30, 2007. Mr. Zhu's computer was confiscated, and he is currently
detained at the Hongqiao Public Security Sub-bureau. 9. [Qian'an County, Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Nie Fengqin Arrested On the evening of June 22, 2007, Ms. Nie Fengqin was distributing
truth-clarifying materials at the Family Building of the Statistics Bureau when
she was reported to the police. As a result, she was arrested by officers of the
Qian'an County Public Security Bureau and is currently detained at Qian'an
County Detention Center. 10. [Xiong County, Hebei Province] Practitioner Mr. Wang Helou Still Detained Mr. Wang Helou was arrested on June 13, 2007, by the team leader of the
National Security Team of the Xiong County Public Security Bureau. He is
currently detained and being tortured at the Xiong County Detention Center. Chengguan Town Police Station: 86-312-5815284 11. [Hebei Province] Police Arrested Three Practitioners from Shijiazhuang
City Finance Bureau in June 2007, Including Ms. Yang Yulu 12. [Tumen City, Jilin Province] Three Practitioners, Including Zhao Litang,
Arrested in Guangzhou City In June 2007, the police arrested Mr. Zhao Litang, a practitioner from Tumen
City, who was working in Guangzhou, and two other practitioners from Beijing.
Mr. Zhao has been arrested and detained by the police four times. 13. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Husband and Wife Mr. Zhang Jun'an and
Ms. Cai Baoju Arrested On the evening on June 24, practitioners Ms. Cai Baoju and Mr. Zhang Jun'an,
a married couple, were arrested by officers of the Taoxian Town Police
Substation. The police confiscated some of Mr. Zhang's Dafa books and Dafa
materials. Dongling District Public Security Sub-bureau of Shenyang City: 86-24-24824181 14. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Yi Lu Arrested On June 21, the police of the National Security Team of the Xigang District,
Dalian City, and Baiyun Street Police Substation arrested Ms. Yi Lu. She is
currently detained at Jinsanjiao Administrative Detention Center and being
subjected to torture. 15. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Practitioners Ms. Xiao Cuihua and Mr.
Xiang Jinjun Arrested On June 20, 2007, officers of the Wanghua District Public Sub-bureau arrested
Ms. Xiao Cuihua, a practitioner from the Wanghua District, Fushun City, and Mr.
Xiang Jinjun. The police also confiscated their Dafa materials. 16. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Gao Chunyan Sentenced
to Forced Labor On May 9, Ms. Gao Chunyan, who had been illegally arrested, was
sentenced to one year and three months of forced labor. She is currently held at
the Third Team of the Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City. 17. [Wenxi County, Shanxi Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Chunlan Arrested At noon on June 16, 2007, a policeman from Chengguan Police Station in Wenxi
County arrested Ms. Wang Chunlan at home. Ms. Wang is now in the Wenxi County
Detention Center. Ms. Wang's husband, Mr. Li Chenglong, was arrested in 2005 for distributing
truth-clarifying materials. He left the detention center with righteous thoughts
and has been moving from place to place to avoid arrest ever since. 18. [Shenze County, Hebei Province] Practitioners Ms. Wang Qinghua and Ms.
Liu Xiumian Arrested On the evening of June 22, 2007, officers of the Shenze County Public
Security Bureau arrested Lijiazhuang practitioners Ms. Wang Qinghua and Ms. Liu
Xiumian. Ms. Wang and Ms. Liu are currently in the Shenze County Detention
Center. Ms. Wang was sentenced to three years of forced labor in 2000, and was bailed
out for medical reasons. Later, a policeman named Jia Yufeng arrested her and
sent her back to the labor camp. Ms. Liu was sentenced to forced labor for one year in 2000. She was tortured,
beaten by the guards with electric batons, force-fed, and hung with both hands

Ms. Chen Lianxiang Currently Detained at the County Detention Center after Being
Arrested in Late May 2007 20. [Xinguo County, Jiangxi Province] Practitioner Ms. Li Lanying Was
Arrested in June 2007 21. [Jing County, Hebei Province] Mr. Guo Jingcun Arrested Qinglan Village, Jing County, practitioner Mr. Guo Jingcun was reported to
the police while he was clarifying the truth to the villagers in Qinglan
Village. He was arrested and later sent to the Jing County Public Security
Bureau by the county National Security Team. 22. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Practitioners Including Mr. Wang
Youzhong Tortured On January 15, 2007, officers of the Zhugou Police Substation of Pingdu City
secretly monitored Mr. Wang Youzhong's home. Mr. Wang is a practitioner from
Qingshui Village. The police tried to arrest Mr. Wang so he left home. On the evening of June 5, 2007, about seventeen or eighteen people broke into
Ms. Zhang Jinmin's home in Lian'gezhuang Village and arrested her. The police
confiscated the satellite TV receiver and broadcaster from her home. On the morning of June 8, Mr. Zhang Tangjiang, a practitioner from Zhudong
Village, was arrested and is currently detained and being tortured at Pingdu
Detention Center. On the morning on June 15, 2007, five or six people from the Zhugou Town
Party Committee and Zhugou Police Station broke into Mr. Sheng Songgang's home,
confiscating CDs and photos of Master Li. On the same day, the police broke into
the homes of Mr. Zhang Tongsheng, Ms. Qu Yuanzhi and Ms. Zhang Yuemei, Mr. Zhang
Jinfa, Mr. Wang Taiyong, Mr. Wang Hengxi, and Mr. Wang Jinsong and performed
searches. 23. [Duyun, Guizhou] Practitioner Ms. Lin Yinghua Arrested While Distributing
Truth-Clarifying Materials on June 16, Her Current Whereabouts Are Unknown 24. [Xichang City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Ms. Guo Bin Persecuted On June 6, 2007, Xichang City practitioner Ms. Guo Bin was sentenced to one
and a half years imprisonment and Mr. Li Zhonghua was sentenced to one year and
three months. They are both detained at the Mapingba Drug Rehabilitation Center
in Xichang City. 25. [Xinji City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Xie Yueying Arrested On the morning of June 20, police officers of Xinji City arrested Ms. Xie
Yueying, a practitioner from Xujiazhuang. On June 10, officers of the Chengxi
Criminal Team of Xinji City framed Ms. Xie Yueying's husband, Mr. Jin Jingmin, a
non-practitioner. The two of them are being held at the detention center. Practitioners Ms. Mi Gaixin, Mr. Zhang Feng, and Mr. Zhang Hengchuan are also
being held at the Xinji City Detention Center. 26. [Xiangfan City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Mr. Li Zhihui's Home
Searched On July 9, 2004, the police of the Xiangfan City People's Road Police Station
and the Migong Police Station arrested Ms. Li Zhihui and searched her home. 27. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Police Arrested Shekou District,
Shenzhen City Practitioner Ms. Wan Yi on June 13, 2007 After Conducting a Search
of Her Home 28. [Baishan, Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Zhiping's Home Searched At noon on June 22, 2007, officers of Quanyang Town Public Security Bureau of
Baishan City broke into practitioner Ms. Wang Zhiping's home, confiscating
truth-clarifying materials and more than 900 yuan in cash. 29. [Dingzhou, Hebei Province] Police Arrested Ms. Wu Yanguo (in Her 60s) at
Her Home on June 25, 2007 30. [Chongqing City] Practitioner Ms. Zheng Xiaolan Arrested Practitioner Ms. Zheng Xiaolan, in her 50s, was taken to Yiwanshui Detention
Center in Yubei District on the afternoon of June 21 by the Yubei District
police.
