Was Hospitalized for Emergency Treatment On July 8, 2007, Mr. Wang Shusen and another practitioner held at the Daqing
City Hongweixing Prison's No. 5 Ward were sent to the city's General Hospital
for emergency treatment. 2. [Hulan City, Heilongjiang Province] Falun Gong Practitioner Liu Zhimin is
on a Hunger Strike at the Hulan City Prison's No. 15 Ward Ms. Liu Zhimin is being held at the Hulan City Prison's No. 15 Ward. She has
been on a hunger strike for a week. She is being force fed and her health is
deteriorating. 3. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Qiao Zhengyi is Very
Weak from Labor Camp Abuse Due to Persecution Mr. Qiao Zhengyi from Harbin City is being held at the Changlinzi Forced
Labor Camp No. 2 Division. He often experiences heart problems, even loses
consciousness sometimes, has no appetite, and has not eaten for several days. He

Employees from the Daqing City Oil Extraction No. 5 Factory Ms. Wang Yanxiang is Ms. Liu Shufen's mother. Ms. Liu is being held at the
Heilongjiang Province Women's Prison. Personnel from the Honggang Police Station
arrested practitioners Mr. Liu Sheng and Ms. Wang, employees from the Daqing
City Oil Extraction No. 5 Factory, at Ms. Wang's home the afternoon on July 6,
2007. 5. [Meihekou City, Jilin Province] Several Practitioners Arrested from
Shancheng Town - Four Have Returned Home Four out of the six arrested practitioners returned home on July 3, 2007. Of
the remaining two, one has been bailed out and now lives in exile; the other
have been sentenced to one year of forced labor, to be served at the Changchun
City's Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp. 6. [Fujin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Liu Tiexia Arrested Xi'an Town Police Station chief Liu Yingjie from Fujin City, Heilongjiang
City, arrested practitioner Ms. Liu Tiexia on June 26, 2007. Liu Yingjie: 86-13945449618 (C), 86-454-2341077 (H) 7. [Yanji City, Jilin Province] Primary School Teacher Zhang Shuhui Arrested Practitioner Ms. Zhang Shuhui from Yanji City is a primary schoolteacher in
Xiaohelong Village, Yanji City. Ms. Zhang was arrested at her school on June 13,
2007. Several days later, officials sentenced her to one year and three months
of forced labor. She is being held at the Changchun City's Heizuizi Women's
Forced Labor Camp. Her family wanted to visit Ms. Zhang, but police denied their
request. 8. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Practitioners Li Qinghai and Li Mian
Arrested Police arrested Mr. Li Qinghai and his wife, Ms. Li Mian, from the Shuncheng
District, Fushun City, at the couple's place of business, the Wanlilai Cake
Store in the Xincheng Market on July 5, 2007. Police ransacked the cake store
and confiscated many Dafa materials. 9. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Liu Shuyan Arrested - Her
Husband Passed Away Without Her Care Ms. Liu Shuyan was arrested on December 6, 2006. She is presently being held
at the Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp. Her husband, who suffered from a stroke,
lacked Ms. Liu's care. Ms. Liu's family brought her husband to the forced labor
camp and requested her release, but were refused. Her husband died a few days
after the family's return from the camp. 10. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Three Practitioners Arrested Practitioner Ms. Feng Guirong and her sister Ms. Feng Jinrong were arrested
on June 29, 2007. It is heard that practitioners Ms. Zhang Puyuan; her husband,
Mr. Chen. and her father were arrested near the Xiyanghong Senior Nursing Home
that same day. Their home was ransacked. 11. [Longjing City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Mr. Jin Yonglai from
Zhongping Village, Chaoyangchuan Town Was Arrested on June 12, 2007 12. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Zhang Yaru Held in Dalian
City 13. [Yinchuan City, Ningxia Autonomous Region] Zhang Guifang and Wang Jianjun
Arrested for Posting Truth Clarification Materials Police arrested practitioners Ms. Zhang Guifang and Mr. Wang Jianjun at
midnight on July 7, 2007 as the two practitioners were posting truth
clarification materials. The two practitioners' families requested their
release. Mr. Wang was released the next day, but Ms. Zhang is still being held
at the Yinchuan City Detention Center. 14. [Beijing] Practitioner Feng Jinlan Held at the No. 2 Prison Ms. Feng Jinlan from the Tongzhou District, Beijing, was arrested on April 6,
2007 and sent to the Beijing No. 2 Prison on May 2, 2007. 15. [Liaocheng City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Liu Junting Arrested Personnel from the National Security Division arrested Ms. Liu Junting from
her store in a Computer Center at 10:00 a.m. on July 5, 2007. Her whereabouts
are unknown. Practitioner Ms. Zhu, in her 30s, from Northeastern China, runs a sewing
store in Shandong Province. Police ransacked her home and discovered some Dafa
truth clarification materials. They took her away against her will. 16. [Beijing] Practitioner Zhang Fengyun Held at a Detention Center Ms. Zhang Fengyun and her son from Xiaoguanbeili Street, the Chaoyang
District, Beijing, were arrested and taken to the district police department's
detention center. Ms. Zhang's son was released that night and sent to Ms.
Zhang's mother-in-law's home. 17. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Persecution of Practitioners in Laishui
County The following are incomplete statistics of the persecution of practitioners
from Loucun Township, Shiting Town, and Mingyi Township in Laishui County Eight practitioners were sentenced to forced labor. 18. [Suning County, Hebei Province] Practitioner Huang Zhenying Persecuted Police ransacked the home of Mr. Huang Zhenying, in his 50s, from Houdi
Village, Suning County. Following Mr. Huang's several months of detention, the
authorities sentenced him to four years in prison. Zhao Zongyao, 610 Office chief: 86-317-1015170 19. [Suning County, Hebei Province] Persecution of Practitioner Song Fengzhi Policemen headed by National Security Division chief Li Chenxiang arrested
Ms. Song Fengzhi, in her 50s, five times between 1999 and 2003. Ms. Song was
fined a total of 15,000 yuan. Policemen headed by the current National Security Division chief Zhang
Ruiqiang arrested Ms. Song in May 2005 and later sentenced her to three and a
half years in prison. Ms. Song is presently being held at the Shijiazhuang City

Arrested Practitioner Mr. Niu Huajing at 4:00 on July 3, 2007 21. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Shi Chunlian Sent to the
City's No. 2 Detention Center and Is Receiving Emergency Medical Treatment in
the City's No. 5 Hospital Handan City No. 2 Detention Center: 86-310-4157160 22. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Fan Jianguo Held at the
Shandong Province Prison Zichuan District Court agents sentenced Ms. Fan Jianguo from the district to
four years in prison. She was immediately sent to the Shandong Province Prison
on June 19, 2007. Shandong Province Prison: 86-531-87075454, 86-531-87072650 23. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Zhilian Arrested Practitioner Ms. Li Zhilian, 47 years old, lives in Donggou Lijia Village,
Xinzhuang Town, Zhaoyuan City. Personnel from the local 610 Office who were
waiting for Ms. Song in front of her home arrested her at 11:00 a.m. on July 4,
2007. 24. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Recent Information about Several Arrested
Practitioners Practitioner Mr. Zhang Chunqi from Yangshu Township in Dehui City, who was
arrested on November 29, 2006, was held at the city's detention center for eight
months. Personnel from the city's Dafangshen Police Station arrested
practitioner Mr. Liang Yutai on June 27, 2007. Mr. Liang has been held at the
city's detention center for 12 days. Personnel from the city's Chalukou Police
Station arrested practitioner Mr. Yin Weiwang on June 20, 2007. Mr. Yin was
recently released. 25. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] The Evildoings of Personnel from the
Jitai Town Police Station Three officers from the Jitai Town Police Station in Shouguang City drove to
practitioner Ms. Lu Guifen's home in Zhoujia Village, Jitai Town the afternoon
of June 29, 2007. Ms. Lu clarified the facts of Falun Gong to the policemen, but
they did not listen. They pushed Ms. Lu to the ground and beat her. Ms. Lu
eventually escaped and ran out of her home. She shouted, "Falun Dafa is
good" in the street. Police failed to arrest Ms. Lu. Jitai Town Police Department: 86-536-5471110 26. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] 610 Office Policemen Arrest
Practitioner Yang Wenjie Policemen from the Zhaoyuan City 610 Office drove three police vehicles to
practitioner Ms. Yang Wenjie's home in Guzhai Village, Jinling Town, Zhaoyuan
City and arrested Ms. Yang at noon on July 3, 2007. 27. [Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Supplemental Information Regarding the
Persecution of Ms. Liu Yuanlan Personnel from the Xinbei District Xuejia Police Station in Changzhou City
ransacked 46-year-old practitioner Ms. Liu Yuanlan's home the night of July 5,
2007. They beat her and interrogated her, demanding to know where she obtained
the truth clarification materials. Ms. Liu's non-practitioner son was upset that
the police would torture his mother, so he told police that he had printed the
truth-telling materials. The police took Ms. Liu and her son to the police
station and also confiscated a computer, a printer, some photography devices,
and 2,000 yuan in cash from their home. Ms. Liu and her son are presently being held at the police station's
brainwashing center. 28. [Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Several Practitioners Arrested Practitioner Ms. He Qing from Changzhou City was arrested in the middle of
June 2007, as was practitioner Ms. Xiao Lixiang. In addition, two practitioners from another city and two practitioners from
the Tianning District were arrested in early June 2007. 29. [Duchang County, Jiangxi Province] Supplemental Information Regarding the
Arrest of Practitioner Cao Dazhang Personnel from the Duchang County Police Department's National Security
Division arrested Mr. Cao Dazhang at 8:00 a.m. on June 27, 2007. The arrest
happened as Mr. Cao was posting truth clalrification materials. Police also
ransacked his home and confiscated a computer and one of Master's pictures. Mr.
Cao's wife and his nine-year-old daughter clarified the truth to police and
requested Mr. Cao's release, however, police were very rude to them. Later on
Mr. Cao's case was transferred to the Cailing Police Station. Mr. Cao is presently being held at the Duchang County Detention Center, and
his family is not allowed to meet with him. Liu Aiwu, Changwei County Party Committee secretary: 86-13970220568 (C),
86-792-5224478, 86-792-5218869 30. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Information Regarding the Persecution of
Ms. Yang Congmei Practitioner Ms. Yang Congmei is sent to the Xindu County Hospital for
transfusion and sent back to the detention center at 6:00 p.m. every day. Ms.
Yang's husband, Mr. Zhou Houchun, has been released. 31. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Xiao Yuehong's Home
Ransacked and Her Non-Practitioner Husband Monitored Ms. Xiao Yuehong's home was ransacked the night of June 13, 2007. In order to
find Ms. Xiao, personnel from the Changsha City National Security Division
installed a monitoring device on her husband's cellphone. After the home-search, police arrested Ms. Xiao's non-practitioner husband,
Mr. Tang Shenghui, and interrogated him for 50 hours. 32. [Germu City, Qinghai Province] Practitioners Ou Guanglan, Pi Guiqin and
Shen Henggang Arrested Practitioners Ms. Pin Guiqin, Ms. Ou Guanglan (sentenced to two years of
forced labor), and Mr. Shen Henggang (sentenced to two and a half years of
forced labor) are presently being held at the Germu City Detention Center. Germu
City Police Department's National Security Division deputy chief Wang Jianping

Arrested and Held at a Brainwashing Center Persons responsible: 34. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Ms. Zhao Shibi Arrested for Distributing
Truth-Clarifying Materials Personnel from the Qindong Police Station arrested 57-year-old practitioner
Ms. Zhao Shibi at 10:00 a.m. on April 7, 2007. The arrest happened as Ms. Zhao
distributed the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party
at Zhicheng Hall. Ms. Zhao is presently being held at the Baihua Detention
Center. 35. [Rangtang County, Sichuan Province] Persecution of Practitioner Ni
Qinghui - Belated News Rangtang County Education Bureau official Wei Shaojun and Gangrong Street
Residential Committee officer Liao Shimin in Chengdu City went to practitioner
Ms. Ni Qinghui's home. They ordered her to sign a document to give up Falun Gong
on June 12, 2005. Ms. Ni refused, so her salary was suspended. Wei Shaojun and Erjian from the county's Education Bureau colluded with Liu
Yongxiu from the residential committee. They went to Ms. Ni's home and ordered
her to sign the document again in July 2005. Ms. Ni refused again. Rangtang
County Political and Judiciary Committee chief Ji Songping colluded with
personnel from the Chengdu City Fuqin Office and from the 610 Office. They
transferred Ms. Ni's suspended salary of 2,400 yuan to the residential
committee. The latter used the money to hire some ruffians to monitor Ms. Ni. Ms. Ni's husband was the county's deputy head. His wife, daughter, and
son-in-law all practice Falun Gong and have been severely persecuted. Witnessing
his family's unlawful persecution, he began to suffer from certain illnesses and
died in 2006. His daughter, Ms. Zhu Xia, suffered a persecution-induced mental
breakdown after officer Liu Wei raped her when she was held at the Pi County
Brainwashing Center. 36. [Chongqing] Practitioner Xiao Jiazuo Disappeared in June 2007 Practitioner Ms. Xia Jiazuo, 54 years old, is from Yongchuan County in
Chongqing City. She was several times abused and mistreated at the county's
detention center and drug rehabilitation center after July 1999. Ms.Xia was held
for three years after 2000 but disappeared in June 2007. According to reliable sources, Ms. Xia is presently being held in Anyue
County, Sichuan Province. She has always been on a hunger strike and is in poor

Sixteen were held at the county's brainwashing center, and 104 practitioners

Sixty-nine practitioners were fined a combined 202,595 yuan, and 193
practitioners were fined a combined total of 75,080 yuan.
Personnel from the county, township and town's governments confiscated a
tricycle, a motorcycle, four bicycles, three computers, four TV sets, two
printers, a copier, a CD burner, a paper-cutter, two cellphones, 14 tape
recorders, a huge recorder, an electric fan, and a VCD player.
