(Clearwisdom.net) On June 5, 2007, officers from the Public Safety Bureau of Xiacheng District
and the National Security (former 610 Office) in Hangzhou City
arrested practitioner Ms. Jin Meihua and locked her in the Laodongyue Detention
Center in Hangzhou. The Public Safety Bureau of Xiacheng District refused to
allow Ms. Jin's lawyer to visit her because "the case
involves state confidential information." Public Safety Bureau of Xiacheng District: 86-571-87281600 (ask to be
transferred to the legal division or political security division) Since June 2, 2007, the Harbin Women's Prison has forced senior practitioners
to do slave labor, and instigated prisoners to torture practitioners.
Practitioners have been on a hunger strike for almost 20 days by the time of
this report. The 13th prison ward of Baoding First Prison: 86-312-5923533, 86-312-5923553 On the morning of July 5, the Changtu County Court illegally sentenced
practitioners Mr. Liu Qinghua and Mr. Meng Xiangcheng from Siping City, Jilin
Province. Li Ming was the judge and Li Wanxiang was the executive officer. Changtu County Court: 86-410-5822120. Practitioner Ms. Chen Mei from Dalian City was recently sentenced to three
years in prison and may have been sent to a facility near Shenyang City and
tortured. Ms. Chen's family had not received any notice from the court. Zhang Xiaofeng, head of the police station, 86-436-7851106 (H) Practitioner Ms. Wei Shuqin from Huairou county clarified the
facts about Falun Gong and distributed flyers on June 2, 2007. Someone
reported her to the police and they arrested her. After many days of searching,
Ms. Wei's family found her locked up in the Huairou County Detention Center. National Security Office of the Huairou District Public Safety Bureau:
86-10-69623415 On July 4, 2007, officers from Mouping National Security and the Shuidao
Police Station illegally searched Mr. Gong Zhaotao's home. Mr. Gong couldn't
return home because agents followed him all day. On the morning of July 3, 2007, four officers from the 610 Office and
officers from the Hutun Township Police Station arrested practitioner Ms. Xue
Xina from Hutun Township, Chiping County, Shandong Province, on her way home
from work. The officers interrogated Ms. Xue in the Hutun Township Police
Station and locked her in the Chiping County Detention Center to torture her. Practitioner Ms. Zhao Ruixiang, 65, lived at No. 1, Longyan Rd, Qingdao City.
On July 2, 2007, Ms. Zhao went to Tan'gezhuang Town, Laiyang City, Shandong
Province, to visit her family. The local 610 Officers arrested her and brutally
beat her. Ms. Zhao was locked in the Laiyang Detention Center for over a year.
Ms. Zhao refused to give up Falun Dafa. In June 2007, the Laiyang City Court
secretly sentenced her to 12 years in prison. On the evening of July 2, 2007, deputy captain Zhang Weihua and officers from
the National Security Brigade of the Xin County Public Safety Bureau went to
practitioner Mr. Zhao Junpu's home at Zhaozhuang Village, Chaocheng Town, and
illegally searched his home. Mr. Zhao wasn't home at the time. The police later
went to practitioner Ms. Song Qiuping's home in Dongsun Village and arrested
her. Ms. Song had previously been sentenced to a forced labor camp for three
years. The police also confiscated her book Zhuan Falun. Ms.
Song is currently imprisoned at the Xin County Detention Center. 13. [Xinji, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Han Ruijuan Arrested and Her
Home Illegally Searched
At 11:00 p.m. on June 26, 2007, police officers in Xinji City arrested Ms.
Han Ruijuan and confiscated many of her Dafa books. Ms. Han is currently
imprisoned in the Xinji City Detention Center. In this detention center, there
are several practitioners form Shenze County, Hebei Province, including Mr. Mi
Gaixin, Mr. Zhang Chaofeng, and Mr. Zhang Hengchuan from Shenzhen City. Zhang Mengbo, deputy head of the Public Safety Bureau-in charge of

(C) 14. [Zanhuang County, Hebei Province] More Details on the Arrest of
Practitioners Mr. Liu Suxiao and Ms. Liu GuoyingMr. Liu Suxiao and Ms. Liu
Guoying from Zanhuang County, Shijiazhuang City had a satellite receiver at
their home. Hence, in the afternoon of June 29, 2007, officers from the Zanhuang
County 610 Office, Bureau of Telecommunication, and the Township government,
broke into their house, arrested them, and confiscated their satellite
equipment, and other personal property. Currently, Mr. Liu and Ms. Liu are being
unlawfully detained at the Zanhuang County Detention Center and are on a hunger
strike. 15. [Qing County, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Si Heying Imprisoned
On July 5, 2007, police officers arrested practitioner Ms. Si Heying from
Libaozhuang, Qing County, and searched her home. Later three officers jumped
over the fence, broke into her home and stole over 1000 yuan in
cash. Ms. Si is locked up in the Qing County Detention Center. On July 5, 2007, officers from the Luochengtou Police Station in Handan City
went to practitioner Ms. Liu Jinling's home and confiscated her computer. Ms.
Liu and her husband are currently under house arrest in their home with police
officers at their door monitoring them. Mr. Zhu Bidong, Mr. Fu Lisheng, Ms. Yu Hua, and four other employees from the
Hongyu Stainless Steel Product Co. in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, were arrested.
They were detained at the Taiyuan City Public Safety Bureau, Yingze Division. A
week later, Mr. Zhu's family received a notice from the police that he was
transferred to the Yingze District Detention Center in Taiyuan City. Families of
other practitioners have not received any notice from the police as of the time
of this report. On May 29, 2007, the Xixia District Court in Yinchuan City illegally
sentenced practitioners Mr. Zhao Yuhu, Ms. Zhang Xiaoping, Mr. Cai Guojun, and
Ms. Jiang Yinghong to four to seven years in prison. The four practitioners
appealed and are awaiting the second trial. Wang Jie, director of the Ningxia 610 Office: 86-951-6136004 (O),
86-13909592333 (C) Police from the Tiedong Police Station in Jinfeng District arrested Ms. Zhang
Guifang from Jinfeng District, Yinchuan City, on July 6, 2007. The officers

86-951-8170229 On the afternoon of July 5, 2007, officers form the Qinglong Police Station
arrested practitioners who were studying the Fa at practitioner Ms. Ren
Ruiqing's house in Bailian District. These practitioners are Ms. Chen Guozhen,
Ms. Han Huifang, Ms. Zhong Qixiu, Ms. Chen Qinying, Ms. Li Faqiong, Ms. Su
Hongying (been released), and Ms. Fan (been released). Officers searched these
practitioners' homes. The police refused visitation by the families of these
practitioners. Phone: 86-28-83110370 On the afternoon of July 5, 2007, Officer Chen Dequan and several other
officers from the national Security Brigade of the Xindu Public Safety Bureau
broke into practitioner Wu's shop. They performed an illegal search and
threatened Wu. Since June 2007, practitioners in the Fanjiatai Prison who were transferred
from the Duankou Prison were locked in their cells and couldn't leave. Their TVs
were turned to the highest volume from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Ms. Ma Qinghua from Xihe Village, Niugutu Township, Inner Mongolia, was
arrested on her way home from work. Ms. Ma was taken to a brainwashing center.
Her three children went to the center to take her home but had not returned by
the time of this report. A practitioner from Guangning County, Zhaoqing City, was illegally arrested.
The practitioner held a hunger strike to protest and was once sent to the
Guangning Hospital for treatment. The practitioner's current situation is
unknown. Since July 5, 2007, the Education Bureau of Wuqing District in Tianjin City
forced teachers and students of all elementary and middle schools in the Wuqing
district to write negative slanderous descriptions about Falun Gong. In March 20, 2007, Ms. Liu Xiaolian from Huangshi City went to practitioner
Mr. Luo Wen's house. Ms. Liu was arrested and brainwashed in Tangxunhu, Wuhan
City. Ms. Liu was sent back to Huangshi City on April 28, 2007. Officer Li Lin
from the Xialu Police Station in Huangshi City arrested Ms. Liu and locked her
in the Huangshi Detention Center. Ms. Liu is in her sixties and is very weak
after being tortured for three months. Practitioner Ms. Liu Xinying and Ms. Chu Guanyuan were arrested on June 15,
2007, when they clarified the truth at Daoqiao Town, Mengyun County. They were
locked in the Mengyun Detention Center for 16 days. On June 29, 2007, Ms. Liu's
family received a letter from the Mengyun County Public Safety Bureau stating
that Ms. Liu had been sentenced to a year in a forced labor camp. The Bureau
told Ms. Chu's family they could pick her up on July 30, 2007. On July 30, the
family of both practitioners went to the detention center. Ms Liu was locked up
in solitary confinement. The center, instead of releasing Ms. Chu, sentenced her
to another year in a forced labor camp. On July 2, 2007, Ms. Liu was taken to
the Hubei Province Women's Force Labor Camp and Ms. Chu was taken to the Shayang
