(Clearwisdom.net) On July 20, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners from Western Australia held a series of activities at the garden in front of the Perth City Hall to condemn the brutal persecution and call upon people to help end it.

Passersby read the practitioners' display boards
During the day, many locals stopped to look at the display boards that the practitioners put up. Some of them signed their names to support the practitioners. Some government officials accepted materials from the practitioners in the morning and came back in the afternoon to sign on the petition.
That night, the practitioners held a candlelight vigil in memory of those who have died as a result of the persecution.
