Denmark: Practitioners Raise Awareness and Protest against the Persecution (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On July 20, 2007, the Chinese Communist Party's persecution of Falun Gong entered it's ninth year. On the evening of July 22nd, local practitioners held an activity on the busiest street in the capital city of Copenhagen to reveal the cruelties of the persecution and to help bring the persecution to an end as soon as possible.

Practitioners set up banners reading 'Stop the eight-year-long genocidal persecution' and displayed banners with content about the organ harvesting atrocities. Passers-by stopped to read the banners and posters. They were shocked at the inhuman persecution forced upon Falun Gong practitioners.

Though it started to rain soon after the event started, this did not stop people from coming and reading the information. A lady from France read the posters and expressed her support for Falun Gong and asked for more material about the practice. Some people asked questions after reading posters and practitioners answered their questions thoughtfully.
