1. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] The Persecution Situation of Practitioners Mr. Liu Zhigao, Ms. Yang Jinfeng and Mr. Dai Zhidong
In April 2007, a practitioner named Mr. Liu Zhigao, who is disabled, was arrested. He was tortured to a life-threatening condition. The Daqing Public Security Bureau not only refused to release him, but even claimed: "If Liu Zhigao will not be "transformed," he will be cremated."
On April 25, 2007, the Tieren Public Security Bureau arrested 51-year-old Ms. Yang Jinfeng from her home, and unlawfully detained her at the City No. 1 Detention Center. At the same time, her personal property was confiscated. Ms. Yang Jinfeng protested with a hunger strike for over two months, and now her life is in great danger.
The Daqing Jail also strengthened their efforts in persecuting practitioners including Mr. Dai Zhidong. The practitioners are on hunger strike to protest the persecution.
2. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Five Practitioners, Including Ms. Ren Mei Arrested
On July 5, 2007, the Qinglong Police of the Chenghua District of Chengdu City arrested five practitioners who were studying at Bailian Village, including Ms. Ren Mei, Ms. Han Huifang, Ms. Li Huaqiong and Ms. Zhong Qixiu.
3. [Dandong City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Chunxiang Detained and Persecuted at Baifang Detention Center
Ms. Wang Chunxiang, a Falun Dafa practitioner from Dandong City, was arrested at the end of November 2006 by the Dandong Public Security Bureau, and her home was searched. She was sentenced to eight years. She is currently detained and suffering persecution at the Dandong Baifang Detention Center.

4. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Zhili Unlawfully Detained
On July 5, 2007, police arrested Ms. Wang Zhili (over fifty years old) from Dule Village, Yi County, Baoding City at her home. She is believed to be unlawfully detained at Yi County Detention Center.
5. [Qidong County, Hunan Province] Ms. Jiang Jinggui and Her Husband Unlawfully Arrested on July 6, 2007, and Their Whereabouts Still Unknown
6. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Zhonggui Unlawfully Detained
On July 5, 2007, officers from the Neilu Police Substation of Xinzhuang Town, Zhaoyuan City and the staff of the Zhaoyuan City 610 Office arrested Ms. Wang Zhonggui, a practitioner from Zhaoyuan City. She was taken to the Linglong Brainwashing Class at Zhaoyuan City where she suffers persecution.
7. [Kaifeng City, Henan Province] Practitioner Ms. Li Ling Arrested
On July 3, 2007, Pang Zhiyong, the Deputy Director of the Tongxu County Political and Judicial Committee pretended to be sick and asked Ms. Li Ling to do the electrocardiogram for him. Ms. Li Ling clarified the truth to him, and later the National Security Team of the County Public Security Bureau forcefully searched her home and her workplace. Also, they arrested Ms. Li Ling and detained her at the county detention center.
8. [Jianyang City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Mr. Qiu Zhicheng Arrested
On July 4, 2007, the National Security Team of the Jianyang City and the Dongxi Town Police Station arrested Mr. Qiu Zhicheng, a practitioner from Dongxi Town, and currently detained him at the E'e'hu Brainwashing Class of the Yingjie Town, Zhiyang City, where he has been tortured.
9. [Henan Province] In June 2007, the Xincheng District Police Station of the Huiji District, Zhengzhou City Forcefully Arrested Ms. Liu Zhenni and Detained Her
10. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Fu Yuhe Arrested
In the afternoon on July 6, 2007, Ms. Fu Yuhe, a practitioner from Tangshan City was forcefully arrested by the police of the National Security Team of the Xinrong County in Chengde City. Ms. Fu was badly beaten.
11. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Mr. Niu Huajing Illegally Arrested
In the afternoon on July 7, 2007, several policemen from the Hanbei Police Station of the Baoding Public Security Bureau broke into practitioner Mr. Niu Huajing's home and confiscated a desktop computer, printer and Falun Dafa materials. At the same time, they arrested Mr. Niu Huajing and one other female practitioner. Currently the two practitioners are detained at Hanbei Police Station.
12. [Changling County, Jilin Province] Ms. Xiao Qian Illegally Arrested on July 9, 2007
13. [Haicheng City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhang Yaqin Unlawfully Sentenced to Four Years in Prison
In the evening on March 13, 2007, the Political and Security Team arrested Ms. Zhang Yaqin. She was sentenced to four years and has since been detained at the Liaoning Provincial Women's Prison.
14. [Jimo City, Shandong Province] Practitioners Ms. Zhang Xiuying and Ms. Jiang Zhengfang Arrested
In the morning on June 19, 2007, the Party Secretary of Sancun Village, Lingshan Town and three other policemen from the local police station arrested Ms. Zhang Xiuying, who is almost seventy years old. On the same day, Ms. Jiang Zhengfang was also arrested and her whereabouts are still unknown.
15. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Police Unlawfully Arrest Several Practitioners
In the evening on July 4, 2007, practitioners from Guantao County, Handan City, including Mr. Zhang Yunxian, Mr. Li Guanqi, and Mr. Guo Qingyin were unlawfully arrested.
16. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] The Shuncheng District National Security Team Arrested Mr. Li Qinghai and His Wife Ms. Li Mian on July 5, 2007
17. [Changde City, Hunan Province] Practitioners Ms. Wang Jinyan and Ms. Chen Lanying Arrested
Officers from the Taoyuan County 610 Office of Changde City and the National Security Team arrested Ms. Wang Jinyang, a practitioner from Zoushi, Taoyuan County, Changde City on July 6, 2007. She was detained at the Changde Brainwashing Class and has since been persecuted there. On July 8, a practitioner named Ms. Chen Lanying was arrested again and has been subjected to brainwashing at the Changde Brainwashing Class.
18. [Zanhuang County, Hebei Province] Ms. Liu Suxiao and Ms. Liu Guoying Arrested
In the afternoon On June 29, the unlawful staff of the Zanhuang County Political and Judicial Committee, the 610 Office and the Public Security Bureau broke into the Beiyanzhuang Village, and arrested practitioners Ms. Liu Suxiao and Ms. Liu Guoying with the excuse of their committing a crime of installing an antenna. The two practitioners are currently detained at the County Detention Center.

20. [Beijing] Mr. Xu Shanglong and Another Practitioner Arrested
In the afternoon on July 7, 2007, officers from the Miyun County 610 Office of Beijing City and the Miyun Public Security Bureau arrested Mr. Xu Shanglong and another female practitioner.
21. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Further Information about Ms. Wang Yan's Arrest
On June 12, Ms. Wang Yan, a practitioner from Luyuan Fa-study Group in Changchun City was arrested, and sentenced to one year at a forced labor camp. She has been taken to the Team Two of the Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City.
22. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Jinhong Arrested
Local police from Harbin City arrested Ms. Wang Jinhong, a practitioner from Daqing, on July 8, 2007. She has since been illegally detained at a certain detention center in Harbin City. When her husband went to look for her, police extorted 100,000 yuan from him before releasing her.
23. [Hengshui City, Hebei Province] Mr. Han Guofeng Jailed at Fengnan District Jail at Tangshan City
Mr. Han Guofeng, a practitioner from Doucun Village, Wuqian County, Hengshui District, Hebei Province is 39 years old. In Autumn 2005, Mr. Han Guofeng was arrested in Beijing for distributing truth-clarifying materials and is currently jailed at Team Six of Branch One Fengnan District Jail at Tangshan City, Hebei Province.
On March 9, 2000, Mr. Han Guofeng went to Beijing to appeal and was unlawfully arrested and taken back to the County Detention Center. Since he practiced the exercises at the detention center, the deputy chief of the County Public Security Bureau who is in charge of the detention center handcuffed him to a stone chair for six days straight.
On April 13, 2001, Mr. Han Guofeng was taken to the county brainwashing class, and ordered to write the three statements, but he refused to cooperate with them. He was later sent to the county detention center and detained for fifteen days.
On December 12, 2001, Mr. Han Guofeng was sentenced to two years of forced labor. He was sent to the Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp.
24. [Dongguan, Guangdong Province] Officers from the Dongguan City Public Security Bureau Arrested Practitioners Mr. Wu Weiwei, Ms. Yue Ling, and Ms. Liu Hengjun on June 27, 2007

26. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Practitioners Including Ms. Zhang Chunlian and Ms. Zhao Li Arrested
On June 20, 2007, Ms. Zhang Chunlian, a practitioner from Qilihe, Lanzhou City, went with a fellow practitioner with the surname of Liu to Wuyi Mountain to hand out truth-clarifying materials. They were reported and later arrested. Another practitioner named Ms. Zhao Li was also arrested.
27. [Tangshan, Hebei Province] Ms. Yu Shuying Arrested
In the morning on July 9, 2007 Ms. Yu Shuying was making a meal at home, when more than twenty policemen from the Xinlizhuang Police Station, Lubei, Tangshan City, Hebei Province broke into her home and arrested her and her husband. The police also confiscated the couple's personal property, including a computer. Her husband was released on the same night, but Ms. Yu Shuying is still detained at Tangshan City No. Detention Center.
28. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Mr. Xu Guoqing Transferred to Brainwashing Class Upon Release from Jail
Mr. Xu Guoqing, a practitioner from Wuhan City, was sentenced to two years in 2005, and was jailed at Shayang Fangjiatai Jail, Hubei Province. On July 14, 2007, he completed his jail term, yet the Hubei Provincial 610 Office and the Jiang'an District 610 Office further persecuted him by transferring to the Zhanjiaji Brainwashing Class, Wuhan City.
29. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Ms. Chen Shiyu Illegally Arrested
Officers from Jinniu District Public Security Bureau illegally arrested Ms. Chen Shiyu, a practitioner from Chengdu City, on June 27, 2007. She has since been jailed at Chengdu City Detention Center.
