Police at Shengli Oil Field in Shandong Province Persecute Middle School Student in Brainwashing Center to Locate and Arrest Her Father

(Clearwisdom.net) In order to locate Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Yue Guomin, who had left his home in order to avoid being persecuted by the authorities, police officer Dong Ning from the Binhai Police Station at Shengli Oil Field, in Shandong Province, illegally arrested Mr. Yue's daughter, Yue Qun, a student from the No. 1 Middle School in Shengli Oil Field. The police took her to Jishu Company Brainwashing Center, where she was persecuted for five days. The police coerced Yue Qun into divulging the whereabouts of her father.

Mr. Yue Guomin was a driver working for the Jingan Property Management Company within the Shengbei community. He was an outstanding driver at Shengli Oil Field. Ever since former dictator Jiang Zemin started persecuting Falun Gong practitioners on July 20, 1999, Mr. Yue has suffered serious persecution. He was taken to the brainwashing center several times. In addition, he was an outstanding car-driver but he was demoted to driving a garbage truck and working as a gate-watcher for the company. The company sometimes didn't even pay him when he worked.

Ms. Yue Qun's mother, Ms. Zou Aifen, worked at the Well Drilling Hospital at Shengli Oil Field. She has also been severely persecuted by the authorities because of her belief in Falun Dafa.

In June 2006, many flyers were distributed that exposed officer Dong Ning and other officials in the Shengbei community who were persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. Officers Dong Ning, Yang Hongjin and others believed that Mr. Yue Guomin distributed the flyers. Therefore, on the afternoon of June 26, 2006, led by Dong Ning, over ten plainclothes police officers took Mr. Yue to the Commodity Supply Department Brainwashing Center to persecute him. They also confiscated Mr. Yue's computer and other belongings. When Mr. Yue held a hunger strike to protest the persecution, Dong Ning force-fed Mr. Yue highly concentrated salt solution. Force-feeding is one of over one hundred documented methods of torture used on Falun Gong practitioners. Because Dong Ning arrested Mr. Yue based solely on suspicion and without any evidence, under public pressure, the police had no choice but to release Mr. Yue. In order to avoid further persecution, Mr. Yue left his home.

On June 29, 2006, Mr. Yue's wife, practitioner Ms. Zou Aifen, went to the Commodity Supply Department Brainwashing Center. She requested that police take her husband to a hospital due to his physical condition. She was subsequently arrested by Dong Ning and taken to the Jishu Company Brainwashing Center. Ms. Zou Aifen went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution, and she too was subjected to force-feeding.

On the afternoon of September 18, 2006, Ms. Zou Aifen was taken once more to the Jishu Company Brainwashing Center in Shengli Oil Field and later sentenced to three years in a forced labor camp. Her daughter Yue Qun, a 17-year-old middle school student, had to live alone.

After college entrance exams were finished this year, He Wei, the director from the Well Drilling Hospital Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Management at Shengli Oil Field, deceived Yue Qun by telling her to come to the CCP office. When she arrived at the office, officers Dong Ning, Zhao Xianwen and others hiding nearby rushed in and detained her. Dong Ning cuffed her hands behind her back by holding her down with his knees against her back. The police took her to the Jishu Company Brainwashing Center, where they forced her to tell where her father was hiding. The police also took Ms. Yue Qun's watch, keys, cell phone and other belongings.

Police officer Dong Ning's phone numbers: 86-546-8623821 (Home), 86-13854685511 (Cell), 86-546-7555008 (Office)
