Colorado, USA: Falun Gong Practitioners Take Part in the Greeley Independence Day Parade (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On July 4, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners from Colorado took part in the Independence Day Parade in Greeley, a town north of Denver. More than 80 thousand people watched the parade.

The practitioners demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises on the float and performed on waist drums. Several hundred hand-made paper lotus flowers and truth-clarifying bookmarks were given out quickly.

Mr. Mou, a member of the waist drum team, started practicing Falun Gong a year ago. Before practicing, he had a serious spinal disease, which caused him so such pain that he could not walk normally. Through practicing Falun Gong, the disease was healed. Mr. Mou can do the sitting and standing exercises without any problem. In the parade, he walked for two miles in one and a half hours under the hot sun, and still felt cheerful.

Many spectators expressed interest in learning the exercises, and asked for detailed information about the practice.
