Karmic Retribution of Police in Changchun City

Retribution was served for Gao Yi, the director, and Wang Jiachen, the political commissar, from the third detention center of Changchun Police Department. Recently, a police officer under their administration beat an ordinary prisoner to death. This prisoner's family members appealed and were successful. Since Gao and Wang were the supervisors of the department in which this incident occurred and fabricated evidence, they were dismissed from their jobs. Since July 20, 1999, most of the Falun Dafa practitioners kidnapped in the Changchun area were imprisoned in this third detention center which is located in Double Sun Hill. Many Falun Dafa practitioners were persecuted to death in this detention center.

Official Continuously Demoted

Shu Tiecheng, the former deputy secretary of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and on the Political and Judiciary Committee of Qianxi County, for several years continuously spared no effort to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. Although he tried to advance his career in the CCP by persecuting Falun Gong practitioners, he was continuously demoted. During the CCP Congress in year 2006 and 2007, Shu Tiecheng's official ranking became lower and lower. Last year he lost his position as the deputy secretary and was transferred from the Political and Judicial Committee to the county's disciplinary inspection office. This year he was transferred to Tangshan Liaison Office in Beijing as an office director.

People were talking secretly and quietly: Why has this official been demoted?

When Shu Tiecheng initially came to Qianxi County, he was in charge of the Political and Judicial System. Wherever he went, he was accompanied by an entourage and he appeared very "eye-catching." Among Qianxi County leadership, he was the youngest and showed off his abilities and boldness; therefore, people generally thought this young man was promising and would have a good future. But when Shu Tiecheng left Qianxi in July of this year, the scene was extremely lonely as only a few from the disciplinary inspection office saw him off.

Because Shu Tiecheng frequently gave orders to persecute Falun Gong practitioners during the evil CCP's meetings and slandered Falun Dafa, he lost his ability to speak and underwent surgery. For some period of time he could only use his pen to communicate. He dared not let people know his condition, saying it must be kept a secret; however, everybody knew what had happened.

During the time of the first illegal sentence against Falun Gong practitioners Ms. Chuai Cuijun, who was sentenced to five years, and Ms. Chen Baihe, who was sentenced to four years, Shu Tiecheng together with Long Lihua, the head of the 610 Office, played major roles. They knew perfectly well that the evidence was insufficient and the court could not make a legal decision in their favor, so they exerted pressure on and intimidated the court to distort the law in its decision.
