(Clearwisdom.net) On June 27, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Jiang Xiaowen from Luohu District in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, was illegally arrested and sent to Shenzhen Xili Brainwashing Center, where she was tortured by police from Luohu District and the Shenzhen 610 Office.

Ms. Jiang started practicing Falun Dafa in 1998. She had been arrested and sent to Sanshui Women's Force Labor Camp, where she was tortured. After she was released, she was later again taken into custody and sent to Xili Brainwashing Center for further torture.
