Ms. Li Fengqin Arrested and Her Home in Huailai County, Hebei Province Ransacked

Practitioner Ms. Li Fengqin, 40, lives in Huailai County, Hebei Province. Officers from the East Huailai County Police Department arrested her on March 8, 2007, when she was picking up merchandise at the local bus station. The police ransacked her home the following day. She was held at Ertaizi Detention Center for 15 days.
