Mr. Shi Baoliang Learned Falun Gong in Weibei Prison and Has Been Tortured by the Authorities Ever Since

(Clearwisdom.net) Director Liu Lixue of the 7^th ward, and the director and head of the 3^rd ward ordered the torture of Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Shi Baoliang from January to June of 2006 at Weibei Prison in Shandong Province. Because he was caught with copies of Teacher Li's articles, the guards put Mr. Shi in solitary confinement and shocked him with high voltage electric batons for a long time. Mr. Shi Baoliang did not say anything when he was let out of solitary confinement. As a result of the torture, most of his skin was purple and black.

Mr. Shi began to practice Falun Gong at Weibei prison in 2004. He practiced Falun Gong in the open in April 2005 and was subsequently shocked with electric batons for more than twenty minutes by guard Song Liguo. Mr. Shi remained silent to resist the persecution. Guard Song Liguo instigated the prisoners to interfere with his practice, but he still persisted in practicing Falun Gong. Mr. Shi would always tell the guards who tortured him to do good deeds and to stop persecuting Falun Dafa. But the guards turned a deaf ear.

Mr. Shi began a hunger strike in protest of the persecution in May 2005. During the first four days, the director of the guards had others torture him every day with electric batons. They forced him to undergo brainwashing sessions so as to exhaust him mentally and break his will. Li Lixue, Song Liguo, section chief Feng Zhongmin, section chief Pang and chief of the second ward were the responsible parties.

Another Falun Dafa practitioner, Mr. Li Shujun, was put in solitary confinement for 5 days because he taught Mr. Shi how to write Lunyu and do the Falun Gong exercises. During those 5 days, the guards tortured him with four electric batons for long periods of time. The persecutors were Li Lixue, Song Liguo, section chief Feng Zhongmin, section chief Pang and the 2nd ward chief.

In June 2005, in the second ward of Weibei Prison, education section chief Xu Haiming and education deputy section chief Sun Jisheng used brainwashing sessions to persecute Falun Dafa practitioners Jin Zengliang, Sun Pijin and Ci Yunhua. Those who took part in the persecution were Director Chen Jian, education section chief Xu Haiming, and administration department chief Wang.

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Liu Zhaohong refused to do forced labor and began doing the Falun Gong exercises instead. He did not write the mandatory "thought report" either. As a result, he was tortured with four electric batons simultaneously for long periods of time. Later he was locked in solitary confinement where he was shocked again with electric batons. One time he was shocked with seven electric batons simultaneously for a long period of time. The persecutors were Liu Lixue (political instructor of the 7^th ward), Zhong (political instructor of the 5^th ward), Feng Zhongmin (education section chief), Pang (section chief) and Zhang (team leader of the 5^th ward).
