The Story of My Recovery from Near Death Spread throughout the Countryside

(Clearwisdom.net) I live in Dingzhou City, Hebei Province. Half of my body was paralyzed for a long time, however, I was no longer disabled and my health was restored after I began to practice Falun Gong. After a while, I gave up the practice. It was the autumn season of last year when I suddenly had a stroke and suffered symptoms such as not being able to talk, move or control my bladder and bowels. The people who saw me at the time said that I didn't recognize anybody, my eyes were shut, I was emaciated, and my skin was yellowish. I looked frightening.

A doctor in the village came to treat me. The doctor could not find a blood vessel for infusion, so he gave up on me. He said to my family: "There is no hope, so please make funeral arrangements." My family prepared burial clothes for me and bought a coffin for about 500 yuan. They were waiting for me to take my last breath.

Fellow practitioners came to visit after learning about my situation. They encouraged me to resume studying the Fa immediately and to do the exercises later when I got better. So I resumed my cultivation practice. Seven days later, I was able to talk and walk again. I was given a new life again!

Afterwards, the village doctor ran into my husband and asked, "Has it been seven days since your wife passed away?" (1) My husband said, "She is fine now!" The doctor thought it was strange and said, "So fast?" My husband said, "She started practicing Falun Gong again."

A month later, my health was completely restored. I took up household chores and farm work again. The story of my recovery from my deathbed spread all around the countryside. People extolled the amazing power of Falun Dafa.

I am a woman farmer with very little education, and I don't know how to express what I feel in my heart, but I want to tell all kind-hearted people, "Falun Dafa gave me a new life, and please don't be fooled by the lies made up by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party)."
