Retribution Facts of Officials from Panshi City, Jilin Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Li Xiangku, an official from Panshi City Political and Judicial Committee, was the director of the Panshi City 610 Office from 1999 to 2003. He followed the requirements of Jiang's regime and the example set by Luo Gan of the central government in persecuting practitioners. Under his direction, many practitioners from Panshi City were detained, interrogated or sentenced to forced labor. In October 2002, over thirty practitioners were arrested and sent to brainwashing classes held at Panshi City Broadcast and Television University. The day to day lives of practitioners were disrupted and large sums of money were extorted from them. That same year, Li and his family experienced retribution for his actions. He became ill and was admitted to a hospital several times. He later realized the consequences of his actions and resigned from his position as the director of the 610 Office. However, his resignation was not enough to compensate for all of his bad deeds.

In the evening of July 29, 2007, Li was hit and killed by a car. Witnesses said the car was moving at a fast speed and veered, hitting Li and his friends. When the collision occurred the sound was so loud that people living on the sixth floor of a nearby apartment could hear the crash clearly. Li was thrown three meters high into the air and suffered severe head injuries. He died right away. His friend Li Qun fractured several bones and was left unconscious.

Gao Licai was an official from the Political and Security Section of Panshi City Police Department. Beginning on July 20, 1999, Gao followed the orders of Jiang's regime to persecute practitioners. With his participation, several practitioners were arrested, detained, or sentenced to forced labor. Gao suffered from an illness and became paralyzed. He realized the consequences of his actions and told others, "I have severely persecuted Falun Gong practitioners and now it is time to receive payback." Gao eventually died.

Liu Xichun was the director of Panshi City Detention Center. He was ordered to brutally torture practitioners. He later suffered from an acute stroke and died suddenly.

Wang Yongan, former director of Panshi City 610 Office, vehemently persecuted practitioners. He ordered the State Security Division to arrest, detain and ransack practitioners' homes. Many practitioners were sentenced to forced labor. Wang is currently suffering from a severe case of heart disease.

Dong Defu was the division chief of the Public Safety Division of Jilin Nieye Corporation in Hongqiling Town, Panshi City. He actively participated in the persecution of practitioners. On November 6, 2005, while driving his car he had an accident. He died at the scene at the age of 49.

Lin (last name) was an official of the Panshi City government. He was deceived by the lies defaming Falun Gong, and publicly defamed Dafa on numerous occasions. Practitioners often advised him to stop but he refused to listen. While in his early forties he died from a myocardial infarction.
