Two Party Secretaries Receive Karmic Retribution--One Dies, One is Diagnosed with Cancer

(Clearwisdom.net)

Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution.

Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

Perpetrator of the Persecution in Wuchang City Died in June 2007

Liu Peijun, the Party secretary of Xianghuang-Ertun of Niujia Town, Wuchang City, Heilongjiang Province carried out the Communist Party's orders and persecuted Liu Wenjuan and other Falun Dafa practitioners. Practitioners tried to clarify the truth to him by phone, but he refused to listen and claimed that one can get an award of 5,000 yuan for reporting a practitioner. In early June 2007, Liu Peijun suddenly had a blood vessel burst in his heart when he was drinking at a friend's home. It cost him over 300,000 yuan for hospitalization in Harbin City. Doctors couldn't suture the surgical cut in his chest, and because of the extravasated blood in his chest cavity, he died in late June.

Party Secretary in Binchuan County, Dali City Contracted Cancer

The Party Secretary of a village in Binchuan County, Yunnan Province was poisoned by the Party propaganda to persecute Falun Gong. He has reported Falun Gong practitioners many times and even notified the police when he saw practitioners reading Dafa books at their homes. On one occasion, his cell phone went dead right after he reported a practitioner. He took the cell phone to be repaired, but it couldn't be fixed. He had to buy a new one. He has now been diagnosed with bone cancer.
