Former Deputy Mayor of Changchun City and Other Persecutors of Falun Gong Receive Karmic Retribution

(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution.

Anli is about 57 years old. She now serves as a municipal party committee member of Changchun City, and the director of the City United Front department. During her term as the deputy mayor of Changchun City, it was the height of the persecution and she was in charge of Changchun City's Education and Health Systems. She inhumanly persecuted Dafa practitioners by following Jiang Zemin's orders. According to incomplete statistics, there were hundreds of Dafa practitioners that she ordered to be persecuted and among them were teachers, doctors, nurses, and college students. Over a dozen died as a result of persecution. Most were sentenced to prison terms, sent to forced labor camps, or were fired from their jobs or demoted. The most vicious thing she did was organize a petition drive that defamed Falun Gong, gathering by coercion more than ten thousand signatures in Changchun colleges, middle schools, and elementary schools. She also forced all teachers, students, doctors, and nurses to sign agreements not to practice Falun Gong. The education and health systems became the focus of the persecution.

Xu Xiaogen is a retired worker from Changqing No. 2 District, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province. For a long time, he was poisoned by the evil specter of the CCP and he followed the party to defame Falun Dafa. Beginning July 20, 1999, he often destroyed Dafa truth-clarification materials and tracked and monitored Dafa practitioners.

A Dafa practitioner was once preparing some truth-clarification materials and was later monitored. Xu tried to drag this Dafa practitioner to the police station. Because Xu was rebuked by several witnesses on the scene, the practitioner was able to get away. Xu's attacks on Dafa even became his professional job. From Changqing No. 2 District to the No. 1 District, Guangsha, Fu'An, Sixin and other residential districts, he left home every morning at 3 or 4 o'clock and did not go home until 8 or 9 o'clock at night. He constantly walked around in the residential buildings and in the woods. Sometimes he carried a long wooden stick while walking around and tore down Dafa banners and posters. He tore apart, erased, or wrote on the banners, adding vicious words to slander Dafa. He even used some oil paint to write some vicious things attacking Dafa on the walls of some popular public locations. Dafa practitioners took truth-clarification materials to his home many times and tried to reason with him, but he would not listen and continued his evildoings.

One day in early May 2007, he suddenly fell down and could not get up. He is still paralyzed and is bedridden in a hospital.

A police officer from a village in Beizhen, Jinzhou City, Liaoning province, was about 47 years old. Since 2002, because he was a police officer in the village, he actively participated in the persecution of Dafa practitioners. Whenever his Communist Party superiors hinted at something, he would always actively begin to follow the hint. He once cursed a Dafa practitioner on the village's loudspeaker. In July, 2005, he went to a field to apply fertilizer, and he suddenly had a cerebral hemorrhage. He died on the way to the hospital.
