Kentucky, U.S.A.: Falun Gong Practitioners Win Award in Alexandria Fair Parade (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) From August 29 to September 3, 2007, the Campbell County Agricultural Society in Kentucky held the annual Alexandria Fair. Their tag line is: "Where the Cities Meet the Country in Alexandria City."

Falun Gong practitioners attended the parade at the opening on August 29. Among 49 groups from 16 cities in the parade, the Falun Gong practitioners' entry was the only Asian group. Practitioners demonstrated the exercises and performed traditional Chinese dance and waist drums. Their performances won the third place award in the parade.
