(Clearwisdom.net) Before I started to practice Falun Gong in 1996, I had more than 20 ailments, including cancer. Several months after practicing Falun Dafa and "Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance," all my ailments were cured. However, after the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) started to persecute Falun Gong, under pressure, harassment and misleading lies, none of my family members supported me. They were all against my continuing to practice. Especially, my son kicked me out of the family home. Therefore, I was homeless for a long time and was illegally sentenced to three years in a forced labor camp.

In 2004, I was released from the labor camp. My family members started to communicate with me. In order to help them have bright futures, I kept clarifying the truth about Falun Gong and explained to them why Falun Gong is good. However, whenever I mentioned Falun Gong, my daughter got angry. Once, I suggested to her that she resign from the CCP and its affiliated organizations. She kicked up a fuss and began to argue with me. I kept my temper and persuaded her without making her more angry. My son-in-law sometimes came to my home and said disparaging things about Dafa. I constantly clarified the truth to him but he never listened to me. In June 2005, he was diagnosed with cancer. The family had not informed me until the day before his surgery. I went to the hospital to visit him and kept clarifying the truth to him. I wanted to save him; however, he still refused to listen to me.

On December 25, 2005, my son-in-law had surgery for esophageal cancer. Two months before the operation, I kept clarifying the truth to him. However, he refused to listen to me. Before the operation, I told him, "Recite 'Falun Dafa is good', and 'Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance are good.' It will help you." My son-in-law said some ruthless words, "I would not believe it even if I were to die." My daughter told me the date of his operation. I took care of him until he left the hospital. His health condition was stable after that.

In June 2006, I met my son-in-law on a street. He did not look well. He told me, "My illness has come back." I said, "One person practicing benefits the whole family. Your illness is beyond a normal one. Without my practice of Falun Dafa and the protection of Master, you could not have survived two years ago." Then, he reluctantly said, "I would like to quit the CCP." I said, "OK, from now on, recite 'Falun Dafa is good.'" After several days, his face began to glow with a fair and rosy complexion. He started to believe in Dafa a little bit. However, he was still an ordinary person and would not let go of his notions. He decided to have a second operation. Before the operation, my son and daughter said, "We should start to practice Falun Gong with Mom."

At that moment, I really wished that he would not have to have the surgery, since I knew the outcome already. However, my family members all insisted. After the doctors opened up his abdomen, they discovered that they really couldn't do anything. They just drew out the fluid and stitched the incision closed. My family members knew that he would not survive this time. My daughter kept crying. I said to her, "Only Dafa can save him!"

I said to him, "Recite in your mind, 'Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance are good.'" He slept for 3 to 4 days. After he woke up, he felt energetic. I read stories from a truth-clarifying booklet to him. While I asked him if he believed in Dafa, my daughter said loudly, "Yes, Yes, I believe!" Later, I read Zhuan Falun to him and had him listen to Master's lectures using an mp3 player.

Four days after the operation, he was transfered to a room for ordinary patients. After staying there for three days, my son-in-law told me that he saw a colorful wheel and he did not know what it was. He mentioned that he had seen it for three days, ever since he moved into the room. He told me, "When I touch the area of my illness, I feel a numbness inside. The wheel turns like this. (He used a hand to show a clockwise direction) I feel that my lower abdomen is really tight and heavy."

I told him, "Master has already started to take care of you! He used Falun to adjust your body and has given you a Falun already." At that time, his sister was there. She was very excited to hear that. Two days before the operation, he stopped eating and had two enemas. He did not eat anything until the seventh day after the operation. However, he constantly had watery and sticky stools during that period. I told him that Master was cleansing his body.

Under the manifestation of Dafa, my daughter truly believed in Dafa. She quit the CCP organizations and said to my son-in-law, "You should start to practice Falun Gong!"

All who knew of my son-in-law's situation were amazed by the miraculous power of Dafa. Even the doctor said, "Your food must be very nutritious." His nurse was amazed while measuring his blood pressure and temperature. He said that his blood pressure was always above 160. However, after the operation, his blood pressure was 130 to 140/90. Later, it dropped down to and maintained 120/80.

This time, my son-in-law said from the bottom of his heart, "Thanks to Master Li for saving my life." His relatives and friends were all amazed about the power of Dafa. Many of them decided to quit the CCP, and began to recite, "Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance are good." After listening to the story, my neighbor said, "It sounds very good. I would also like to practice Falun Gong." Even the person who believed in the CCP the most said, "If he gets well, I would like to practice also."

Through one person's experience, a group of people were saved! I bought an mp3 player for my son-in-law. He sincerely listens to Master's lectures and reads Zhuan Falun. Because he still carries tubes from the operation, he does not practice the standing exercises. He gets up between 4:00 and 5:00 a.m. to practice the sitting exercise. His physical condition is good now. He can walk around the streets without feeling tired. He says, "My health is good."

In addition to my son-in-law's experience, miraculous things also happened to his sister when she recited, "Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance are good." These are all the manifestations of Master's endless power and merciful salvation. Sentient beings, wake up! I don't want to see any sentient being struggle in the realm of delusion. I wish that all good people throughout the world can be saved. I hope that they resign from the CCP and its affiliated organizations, and be separated from the evil. This truly amounts to saving yourself!
